Ansha Elfforth

 

Appearance -

Personality -

 

Technical Pacifist by own admission, Ansha grew up being taught that violence was never a choice you should ever consider; however as life quickly proved this was not realistic. Not wanting to alienate the family that raised her, yet wanting to help in situations where conflict was a necessity, Ansha taught herself to assist those who fought, while indirectly fighting those who oppose her. She will never hurt someone directly, or with intent to truly cause harm.

 

The hypocrisy of her situation is not unknown to her, slowing an enemy so they are weak, while protecting your own, is just as deadly as directly attacking them, if not more potent when properly applied. Ansha has adapted to this dichotomy with a rather dry sense of humour, as well as becoming a tad blunt with her approach to life. She knows her actions cause harm, but as long as she isn't the one pulling the trigger, she doesn't consider it below her upbringing.

 

Magic -

 

While most magic-users that focus on support look towards increasing allies attack while hampering enemies effectiveness, Ansha focuses primarily on attribute-adaption magic.

 

This magic, as it's name implies, allows the user to literally strengthen or weaken their targets. Allies will find themselves moving quicker, dodging easier, or enduring attacks that would normally cause grevious harm, and even finding mental willpower that allows them to focus on magic easier.

 

Enemies will find themselves lethargic, unable to concentrate, and frail. Though naturally this effect is only temporary.

 

Interestingly, Ansha is fully capable of targeting herself with such abilities, something she has taken full note of.

 

Omorashi Scenarios -

 

Many times Ansha would have lost control were averted because of her own abilities. The fact she is able to cause her muscles to feel stronger at will means that holding is generally less of an issue for her, though this can backfire if she does not 'top-up' the spell effect.

 

Conversely, Ansha can cause the opposite effect at will as well. Bullies quickly learned that suddenly losing the abilities to properly use muscles lead to, less than stellar situations.

 

Ansha does not long allow her allies to fight better, she allows them the chance to not focus on their bladders for a short period of time, regardless of their current condition. This effect needs to be maintained, not doing so could result in an accident should the actual amount of liquid in the bladder be at bursting point when the effect wears off.

Personality 
  
Affectionate, shy, innocent and optimistic during childhood, Elmina comes from a family of magicians, with the primary technique elemental spells, especially spells with the water, out of this nothing too special about your family. 
Great friend of Ria in childhood due to the personalities of both, they spent much time together sharing their dreams and wishes, a friendship was really strong, so strong that Elmina was not to know but that feeling would be something more than just friendship, she secretly developed an "attraction" for Rias.(I do not intend to use it as sexual factor, only one factor to leave Elmina more embarrassed andhold even more your pee in any event omo in the future,anyway because of her personality she would be too shy to declare or do "Something" with Rias) 
During his Adolescence Elmina, was forced to separate from Rias for reasons never revealed, and so leaving no news for years. 
Currently Elmina returned to academia to improve as a mage, what she did not know was in the same room that fate had booked a reunion with his beloved childhood friend. 
An interesting detail is the reason Elmina have traveled without much explanation, it would be because of their skill, their parents for fear that something would happen to her daughter, took her to a safer place until she was old enough to have some notion of how to defend herself. 
Currently Elmina changed some part of your personality, now a few years older with certain experiences and now she knows that life is not a big arc, because of this, she became a person would be determined and somewhat cold, and beyond the magic she studied the art of the sword in order to fight even when there pudessse more use magic ... but all this is just a protection, somewhere inside she is still the same little girl who was a child 
 
A curiosity is the Elmina be specialist teas, with the right herbs she can make virtually any type of tea, and teas with various effects,like  diuretic teas, teas that help to "hold" and also teas that heal debuffs like silence and recover MP / HP


Magic -
 
His main skill are like your family, the domain of the elemental forces, but during his childhood a skill unique it turned out, she was able to transfer freely to mana objects, she is able to use a sword and match spells with sword blows being able to get his sword engulfed in flames until channeling mana on his sword and cut a distant enemy or do absurd damage and depending on the amount of mana placed on the object it may explode due to this she uses a sword made of secret material.
 
Omorashi Scenarios 
 
Well this was a big problem in his childhood, she was so shy which sometimes does not go to the bathroom because of her embarrassment making her hold it for a looooooong time ...sometimes tooooooooooo long, because of this, the simple word "pee" ever makes her blush, and no matter how desperate she is, the mere fact of her having to say "I need to go to the bathroom" makes her give up any an attempt to break, making want to hold it until the last minute. due to this constant attitude, she eventually "train" her bladder and is able to hold more pee than most girls

Well, that was a quick impromptu so much that I could not let the appearance of it as I would like, if you liked something for fazor contact me because I could not think of much he had some ideas, to be honest the idea of creating a character to aquarius had crossed my mind, as u can see I tried to think of a character to the core team by the hour .... well I wish you luck because I'm going to sleep, it's late and tomorrow I have instruction, (My time has become very rare since I'm currently in the army) xD Good night to every one

Painkiller

you make up the real name and personality. I don't even know what kind of naming conventions you're going for here, or what personality would be useful for these characters.

 

Magic: pain manipulation. Specifically, granting allies immunity to pain and enhancing pain in enemies. Mechanically, that means either temporary hit points or a scalar damage reduction, or both (depending on what works better with the combat engine) buff, and a scalar or less-than-scalar damage enhancement debuff.

 

Scenario applications: it turns out that dulling pain doesn't just apply to the pain of incoming damage, and those who aren't used to experiencing the painkiller's power may find themselves overlooking the usually-painful needs of the body just a bit too long.

Aaaaaannnnndddddd much faster than I was expecting, I was sent a document with six decent character descriptions on it by someone on the forum; some of the magic needed working out and there were some personality clashes but on the whole it's a pretty solid basis.

 

Combining it with some ideas in the thread so far, I think it's all on the way to getting sorted for now.

Also, this was a good idea so I'll probably be doing more of these suggestion box things in future.

(In fact, you can keep suggesting characters/scenarios now if you want and if it's a good idea I'll see if I can fit it somewhere into the plot)

I felt bad about confusing the japanese audience with my weird jokes that looked like updates if you didn't translate them properly, so I left a message/progress summary for them, which I'll copy here for anyone interested.
 
I talked in a way that I hoped would be easy to translate, so it looks comparatively stiff in english:

Hello, I am Rainyday.
I am very happy that people in Japan enjoyed Aquarius. I am also very happy about the translation.
I am making Aquarius because I enjoyed lots of omorashi games from Japan.

I am sorry that my writing in Aquarius is so difficult to translate.
On omorashi.org I also make strange jokes that are confusing. If I say something weird, you can ignore it.**

I am still working on Aquarius. I am slow, but I will not abandon it.
I am happy to create a game.
This year I planned plenty about the big story of Aquarius, so I hope that after next release I can be faster. Maybe.

i can't draw sprites to save my life but
Name- Asmerelda 
Personality- Dark or Gothic, she's also prone to pranks with potions that have a high diuretic affect on other students
Magic- Envelope enemies in Darkness and Gravity magic 
Scenario- While in a practice battle with a friend..... possibly Ria or Chrona, her magic backfires and envelopes Asmerelda in Darkness instead. Ria or Chrona bring her to the nurse, hospital, etc, the nurse says it might take awhile for her to wake up but there will be no physical or mental damage. In the midst of Darkness, Asmerelda's bladder fills at an increasing rate. She tries to figure out why, and remembers drinking one of her potions as a test for a later prank 10 minutes ago. Now 30 minutes later she is completely desperate. The nurse, not knowing what to do, calls in a person who can dispel magic since its taking quite awhile for the spell to wear off. The person shows up 5 minutes later and takes 2 minutes to remove the spell saying " this is some strong magic but it shouldn't be too hard to dispel." Asmerelda wakes up slowly at first, but then remembers how desperate she is. Because of her own pride she just asks the nurse when she'll be able to go back to the school. The nurse says probably in 10 minutes in case of side effects, and Asmerelda agrees but with some doubt in her mind that she can make it that long. 5 Minutes later the nurse leaves to bring another student to the infirmary. While the nurse is gone Asmerelda uses this chance to hold herself, and the nurse comes back 2 minutes later just as Asmerelda's bladder muscles give out.

Minor news update to show that stuff is happening.

 

Today was 'art improvements day'; I've done a few minor changes here and there but most significantly I've redrawn two sets of face portraits; the old versions of these were drawn a long time ago and weren't up to standard.

This guy is the headmaster of St Aquarius' school. I made him more handsome all-around and gave him cool glasses. (Or is it 'glass' singular if it only has one lens?)

 

As you can imagine from the fact he's headmaster, he's a cool side character with an important role in the plot.

Next up, this is a more subtle redraw but I think the difference is huge.

Carol Zeppelin, the third main character (Out of four total), and a year younger than Ria and Chrona. If you paid attention you could see I linked to some pictures of her earlier.

Back when I drew her I tried making it more stylized with thick outlines, but the way they looked so out of place compared to everyone else bugged me for ages, so I finally redrew all her lines and made her style closer to the one I drew Ria and Chrona in.

 

I think it's made her much prettier.

Since Carol is so expressive, she currently also has the largest collection of face images used in the game, at 51 different images: changing the outlines on aaaallllll of them was quite a daunting feat. (Though probably not as daunting as it sounds since I could automate some of it)

 

 

Since my art is always getting better (in theory) I also want to eventually redraw all the faces of characters that I got from somewhere else, in my own style. So that means Liza, Cecilia, Paprika, May, Bianca, etc

 

However, I know not to get my priorities mixed up and I won't do those yet. I won't spend any development time working on redrawing existing faces before the next release is ready, I'm just saying that it might happen at some point in future.

 

**Also I changed Carol's design to give her stripy socks. Horizontally-striped socks are amazing.

Finally finished that button puzzle (my issue was actually finding that stupid switch). I actually tried using the diamond bullets on the crystal. Unstoppable indeed...except by plot armor :P

 

This game is amazing so far. As an RPG player, I only have a couple minor nitpicks:

 

-The in-combat menus...oh my god black is so hard to read. I know it's only a placeholder, but please please please copy one more thing from final fantasy and put them in a box with a simple backround and an easy-to-read text color.

 

-I know you mentioned the F1 options...but is there some way to lower the volume besides lowering my whole computer's volume?

 

Any other issues I had were already mentioned in the first few pages (only read up to page 12-ish for puzzle hints).

 

Everything else is pretty much amazing, especially as someone who enjoys old-school rpgs. Thanks for all of your hard work!

I guess I'm not as smart as you are, because I'm still stuck. I think I can share my ideas, since they aren't apparently enough to solve the puzzle :p :

  • Pushed enough switches (hidden one included), did not touch red swithes.
  • Avoided to meet most of the enemies using the "time freeze" skill of Krona. Got out of "time freeze" just to activate the switches.
  • During the only forced fight ("activating this switch will bring on monsters"), I used Krona's time stop ability to avoid meddling with the (supposedly red) blood of the foes. Killed all foes in one single "time stop".
  • Removed flowers or ribbons from the girls head before starting the trial.
  • Changed the shirts of both girls to "simple fluttery shirt" to prevent chances of red clothing.

 

My doubts are:

  • Are HP crystals red?
  • Is turning left to be intended, metaphorically, as turning red?
  • What else I'm missing????

Dont kill any of the red enemies, for the ones your forced to fight, kill the non-red ones then hit Defend or Wait continuously until they run away

Click the Sound Button in your taskbar, then click Mixer, then lower the volume of Aquarius individually.

Also Alt+Enter to fullscreen

I actually managed to do that by continually using the time-freezing thing, since evidently time not moving counts as not touching them.

Ahem.

That puzzle was certainly a challenge.

Epic game, i start to have fun, when the game stop. need the full version please ! its really cool. Omorashi but really good RPG too !! i love it. After chapitre 2 its the end ?


Hmm im stuck after the chapitre 2 :

Its when RIA Drunk a special potion from TP shop. Then i go in my bedroom, Ria have to pee, then Estelle go in my bedroom to tell me something to do... But i forget it... Now im just stuck and dont know what to do... I talk to all people... nothing.... Maybe its the end of the demo ?? god please no.... :x

IF no please tell me what to do, i want to continue this good game

 

PS : for the puzzle game, i was stuck a long time and one hint help me a lot so thank you... : "dont hit red monster, and wait with defensive if a red monster appear without escape possible.. and good game =)"

Ugh... God I want this game so badly but RPG Maker is SOOOOO friggin expensive -_-

You don't need to buy RPG maker to play the games, Only if your making them. If you want to just play them you download the RPG Maker RTP which is just the game player. Its on the rpgmaker website, you will need the RPG Maker VX RTP to play Aquarius

=)

Would it just be plain repetitive to ask for help in the puzzle? I mean, you really wanted to make people work for it. I can definitely say that this puzzle has caused me more anger than any other puzzle I have ever been told to do in my life. I suppose this says that the creator put a good amount of thought into his game, but after several days, I think I give up. 

 

By the way, I must say that you are a very talented person and that I look forward to anything and everything that you create.

I second this, great game so far, but I am having a hell of a time with this puzzle!
