Thought we should make a thread where people post pictures of their pee volumes and measurements and records, similar to the bulge diary thread.

I remember seeing this a few months ago and being unable to contribute due to never having measured. That predicament ends today. I just measured for the first time ever. I had a fairly strong urge but was by no means desperate, so I can't complain about peeing approximately 625 mL. I need to try this again sometime I can hold into/through the desperation stage.

Not the biggest bladder out there by any means, but I'm fairly happy with its size.

Years ago I started to reduce my peeing frequency to the utmost minimum and always waited until I could not hold it anymore. For some time I kept a diary of volume and time. Eating and drinking regularly I always postponed voiding as long as I could manage. By that time my maximum capacity based on single intentional holds was app. 1100 ml, but not on a regular basis. When I started to hold it every day regularly I could not manage to reach that amount but I hardly ever peed a volume of less than 700 to 800 ml and that meant I had to stand quite some urge and desperation for a significant time per day. After some weeks I could cope better with my full bladder and would reach 900 ml enabling me to reduce peeing to less than twice a day, The feeling of urgently having to pee for hours became an everyday constant and I simply chose to accept it that way. The volumes recorded over more than 4 weeks reached from a minimum of 620 ml to a max of 1050 ml after holding it for 9 to 25 hours.

I measured again a couple days ago and was just shy of 700 mL. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo.

Yo, please hydrate better mu friend, this isn't a healthy colour at all. Holding will be more fun when you're hydrated!

I will have to try this again. I used to be able to do over 1,100 (I was in the hospital for elective surgury, the nurses needed to measure).

I usually measure in the 1 to 1.5 liter range. The most I ever held was 1.650 liters, but I've never been able to hold quite that much again. I'll take pics and post next time.

I normally drink more than I did that day, but yes, that was quite the wake-up call. I have been drinking more since then.

Today after drinking 2 litres of water and holding for 3 hours, measured 1400mls

I managed to hold 1350ml today after drinking a bunch of water and a tea:

Have the house to myself briefly so though I was measure to see what my normal volume is these days. Normally working from home I would hold on longer but this is typically the lowest amount I would consider peeing.

Decent morning void. 
 

I didn’t have enough in my bladder to allow myself to empty it before bed so thought I would wake in the night to pee. I didn’t, and was rewarded with a nicely plump slightly bulging bladder this morning. I emptied 763 ml from it. Felt nice to be able to hold that and not Wale.

From the hold I just did so not a ‘normal’ pee. 
 

I have measured 3 pees so far today, 763 ml, 400 ml and 1220 ml. Busy day for my kidneys. 
 

I want  to know what a ‘normal’ pee is for me these days so going to measure every pee when I am home alone (but won’t spam this thread every time)

I measured again today. It was 725 mL. I didn't have my old phone I use for omo stuff, so no photo. That was with a strong urge but not the the point I'd call myself desperate. One of these days I'll hold to desperation and measure.

Felt nicely full when I woke up this morning. If I didn’t need to #2 I would have held it as it felt so nice. But I thought I’d measure instead. Not bad overnight hold at just over 750 ml.
