Hey there! Pics or it didn't happen - Just kidding! No need for evidence here. And probably no need for pressure in your bladder anymore now that you've just leaked it out! I'm just thrilled to hear that it had the desired effect!

It's awesome to know that you enjoyed it. My goal was to put a stop to that pesky automatic reflex that makes your bladder tense up when those little waves of desperation hit. Let's be real, there's something super fun and oh-so-sexy about a little leak, right?

I have to confess, even I was taken aback when I tried it myself. Nothing happened while I was listening to the track, but five minutes later, I was outside vaping when my body relaxed without warning, and voila - a little leak came out! And let me tell you, I'm not one to leak on command, so this was a big deal for me.

Honestly, I didn't expect it to work, given that I have aphantasia, which makes it hard for me to visualize things easily. Plus, I'm not usually one to follow suggestions blindly, but boy, was I wrong!

Now, spill the beans - how were those leaks? Were they satisfyingly relaxing, rather than twitchy or nervous like when you are normally trying to hold it in? I'm curious to know about your experience!

I also tried it and it works. It didn't on the first try, but when I finally managed to really relax and let the idea sneak into my brain, a few totally involuntary slow leaks escaped into my panties. I barely felt anything until warm and wet feeling in my panties. Before that it was a few "false alarms". But I think you have to have the right amount of urine in your bladder to make it work, not too much to distract you and not too little, because the brain needs the right trigger from a bladder also. I don't think it would work otherwise.

If I was not a bed wetter already, this would be a good way to make myself pee in my sleep, I think. Just put the speech on repeat and wait for the right state of mind.

Absolutely! Balancing that bladder is crucial for getting the most out of this. It's all about finding that perfect spot where you're comfortable but not overly full, so you can relax and let it flow.

An overly full bladder can be a huge distraction, making it difficult to focus on anything else. And let's be honest, what's the point of pee hypnosis with an empty bladder? There's nothing to release!

But once you hit that sweet spot, it seems to work like a charm. I'm glad to hear that you found the right balance and had success, it makes the effort of creating the hypno track seem worthwhile.

You would be surprised how much pee can come out of "empty bladder" when stress causes a wetting. I saw that on several occasions when I wet myself from fear or nervousness and thought I had an empty bladder, because I peed not long ago. It doesn't make a big puddle, but more than enough pee comes out to make wetting really embarrassing and visible. I would expect that full relaxation could cause the same effect.

Glad to hear that you saved a copy of the audio track! Although it's designed more for when you're awake than bed wetting, I'm still curious to hear about your results if you do decide to try it out one night.

Hey, @Mycall, if you don't mind sharing, what tools did you use to create this session?  The voice, while clearly synthesized, is very enticing, and it might be interesting to use for some of my own projects, again, if you don't mind sharing. 

It did not work for me, mostly because I have a super-skeptical mind and don't hypnotize easily, but I'd love to play around with it a bit more.

Certainly! I used a combination of Google Bard and Chat GPT to generate the text, then applied a text-to-voice algorithm from Hugging Face, specifically the CBL female voice that I've linked. I mixed some running water and rain sounds into the track using Garage Band to give it a more natural feel.

Natural Reader has some excellent voices, but the better ones require payment, which wasn't something I was keen to do. However, bear in mind that the Hugging Face voice can only handle about 30 seconds of text at a time, unless you download it and run it on your computer. If you input too much text, it can start to get confused and trail off. It's actually quite amusing to listen to, as if it started daydreaming about something else mid-sentence!

If you end up creating anything, do let me know. I'm interested in giving it a listen.

While wetting yourself may not be the height of sophistication, this self-help hypnosis track is all about having a bit of fun. Sure, it may not have any lasting effects, but who knows? The track doesn't mention a time limit, so you might just find yourself enjoying the sensation more than you ever thought possible.

And if you do happen to get a little too carried away with the experience, don't worry - I've got you covered. Just ask very nicely, and I might be persuaded to create an antidote version. So why not give it a whirl? You never know what kind of thrills and spills you might end up having.

Somehow the track has had over 260 plays since I put it up, it’s pretty mental considering it has no tags or anything on soundcloud and was only mentioned here in this thread.

Must be more people on omorashi.org than I thought.
