malefemale Should I wear diapers to sleep

Question

So awhile back in 2022 we had to move because they kicked out my whole entire neighborhood to build arpartment so we moved to these townshouses in my town. We moved here in November I think I don't really remember. Anyways I keep on bedwetting It happen like 3 times. 1st time at the old house before thinkgiving 2022. I think I was worried about moving and had a nightmare and wet myself... The 2nd time was at new house during mid December. I think I drank too much water and then I didn't go to the bathroom so I woke up wet. Since I was staying with my family still I just told them that I split water on my bed because I was afraid they would get mad or something. Then the 3rd time was like a week ago!

I think it is worth giving it a try.  If you are wetting regularly then it can be a good idea.  Another option would be to have a protective sheet under your regular sheets.  If you're really wetting a lot, it would be good to have a waterproof layer on top of your mattress.  Even if you are wearing diapers to bed, you may end up leaking sometimes.

What I've found, is often it's "harder" to wet accidentally when I'm wearing a diaper.  The panic does not set in, and without the panic, I can calmly get where I'm needed before it's too late.

That said, it also can be easier to "just let go" though not so much in my experience.

Perhaps a pull-up style one? Won’t feel much more bulky than regular underwear.. they don’t tend to get too warm when worn in bed. You could technically wear it more than one night too if you don’t have an accident in it - to be more efficient. Alternatively you could get the disposable mattress covers that just stick on under your sheets.. so if you have an accident mattress is at least dry.
