female Postpartum Diapers - "new mom diapers"

Recommended Posts

In case you aren't married or your wife never gave birth, it might be new to you, but:  the vast majority of new moms today start out their motherhood experience while themselves wearing diapers.

Of course it's for bleeding at first, but also for incontinence, in which case it can and often does last for many weeks, before mostly stabilizing to whatever new level of weaker bladder she'll end up having (depending on Kegel exercises etc).

Anyhow, some of you might find the concept gross, but others may enjoy the thought of many joyous new mothers spending their days in diapers. And there's a ton of brands that sell for this purpose, recommendation articles that go over which kind of adult diapers to buy, etc. I wouldn't post anything with the baby itself still in the picture without blocking them out (this is about the mothers, not them!) but there are plenty of great self-posted pictures of these moms and these products.

And a quick shout-out to the many moms who get a head-start on wearing their diapers during the pregnancy:

Yes, love this scenario. I wish they would promote tape-fastening adult nappies for pregnant women and those who have just given birth (and the smaller proportion who may have need of them for some time afterwards due to more significant bladder issues).

Oh, I’m absolutely with you, and hoping for the same... I just think the main challenge with that is the comfort issue. These pull-ups are so soft and stretchy, extra important for the dear ladies at that time… the tape-ons are generally a bit more restrictive.. Also, a pull-up is a pull-up.. something society has (in more recent years) made more acceptable (yay!).. tape-on diapers are a little bit more tricky. They are still just diapers…  But let’s see!

Yeah, the pull-ups probably are more comfortable and easier to get used to, in a physical and mental sense. But the traditional nappy has its advantages in such a situation as well, no need to bend down to pull them up, and you can adjust them to fit as required at a given point in time.

Linked from the article I posted over here:

Naturally whenever diapers come up, moms will pop in to acknowledge that they've all worn them, and "we all have a favorite diaper we wore"

👀

One more fun one:

@ihcahdo you have a copy of the video from Madeline's TikTok? It seems that it's been made private in the article you linked 😞
