People have a pee fetish, people have a medical fetish, yet these are very rarely combined.

This is from the perspective of a hetreosexual man. There's some other interesting scenarios involving men in the medical field and I'd like to hear those if anybody has them.

I can count on one hand the amount of videos involving a woman peeing herself wearing scrubs. The cute form fitting ones are the best. She's supposed to be professional, she's supposed to be able to hold her pee, but she wets herself. I can count even fewer stories written about it, which is quite the anomaly. Am I the only one here that would find this incredibly attractive? A cute woman in scrubs squirming around trying to remain professional even though a bladder full of pee is screaming to be let out. There's some scenarios I've thought up, some realistic, others ridiculous fantasy. Here's some of them.

A hospital VIP is in a room and a woman nurse has to stay with them 24/7 because they're a VIP. The VIP is very demanding, and refuses to let her go pee in case the VIP needs something while she's peeing. The VIP makes her help them use the toilet, so she has to help them pee while she's desperately holding on. Of course if I were the VIP I would demand she hold my penis while I pee, because my hands don't work very well and I'm not going to sit down to go. Eventually she loses the battle with her bladder and wets herself. The VIP doesn't care though, until her replacement arrives she has to continue working in her soaked scrubs.

A urologist specializing in bladder function has to deal with people peeing all day long. There's too ways this fantasy could go. She has to pee, and she has to deal with people's bladder issues all day. She has to explain how much the bladder holds, what happens if they hold on for too long, how to hold pee for longer with her own pee dance demonstration. The other direction is she's very into pee and very immoral and uses her position to get off. Get them to pee their pants as a new way to test how much their bladder can hold. Force them to hold their pee for a very long time for her amusement. I've also got a fetish for bad women, so this one is very hot for me.

This one is the most ridiculous of them all. I come in to a doctor's office with a terrible problem, I'm unable to become aroused. The woman doctor is very proper, very formal, think of the stereotype of a strict and cold woman. She's wearing professional business clothes, nothing weird. She tries different techniques to help me, but nothing works. She asks me what usually turns me on the most, and I tell her women peeing their pants. So she decides to help by peeing her pants right then and there. She gets no enjoyment out of it, it's just to help me and my awful medical condition. It works, and then she has to check to make sure everything is in working order and gets me off. It's not sexual at all for it, it's just a doctor helping her patient.

So what about you folks? Anybody out there want to see someone soak themselves wearing scrubs?

I don't think it's as uncommon as you think. I swear I've seen a lot of artwork with Japanese nurses wetting (they have a distinctive uniform for nurses in Japan). It's a fetish too, in porn you'll see them dress up as nurses and doctors and pee, you should definitely look into JAVs there's definitely some with omo in there. They say nurses is one of the professions to use the bathroom the least.

My ex is a nurse and she'd tell me stories of when she was too busy to go to the bathroom sometimes and would have accidents in her scrubs all the time.

I guess her scrubs covered her accidents. Or did they show?

@WetterMesser said that her girlfriend wets her scrubs for her, so clearly it will show if you do it on purpose. But probably she won't do it when on duty?!

And was your ex into wetting herself? You'll clearly let it happen more easily if you like the feeling anyway.

She was not into it at all. She was just always too busy and ended up having accidents. Most of the time she said it would show. One time she told me she was performing cpr on a patient a s had to go really badly but couldn't stop so she actually messed her pants while she was doing cpr one night.

I have heard this from cashiers but not from nurses. Thank you for this clarifying message. I wonder how often it happens that a nurse has an accident on duty. I can't help feeling aroused by the idea.  But then I must blank out that she is not into it (hence will find it only embarrassing without a pleasurable sexual component), and the circumstance that you described (where someone is in critical condition).

How cute are the old uniform in that video! Most doctors and nurses in also Japan wear scrubs. The only places that still have the old uniforms are local general practitioners, and cosmetic surgeons with model-like nurses. Also, dental hygienists' uniforms are cute like this.
Nurses are listed also here as one of the professions that faces difficulties in going to the restroom. According to my relative, operation room nurses are especially tough and can hardly go to the restroom for several hours to a day or more during surgery. She said she had become accustomed to it and no longer even felt the need to urinate for about 6 or 7 hours.
Scrubs are already preferred even for cosplay and role play. I have had a few pre-pandemic experiences with role plays that combine medical fetishes and bathroom use control. But those were plays with #2.

She told me it happens all the time with Healthcare workers. They barely get bathroom breaks so leaking and slight messing happens quite often. Often enough I've seen it portrayed in medical shows sometimes.

After a month in Hospital, even with the kinks I've got I did not enjoy the experience, of toileting.

For the first week I was literally chained to the bed.

I was being constantly monitored with an ECG, there were no remote units available, so I could only move in a two metre arc round my bed without pulling the wires out.

Trying to pee into a cardboard urine bottle with the constant fear, that it will either spill or overflow, is not fun, add to that the fact everyone knows what you are doing behind the curtain.

After surgery I woke up to find they had fit a catheter.

I was quite disappointed with the lack of sensation. There was no feeling of the urine leaving my bladder, I couldn't move, so didn't get to watch the urine flowing down the tube. There was just the embarrassment, as the nurse fumbled with the tap on the collecting bag, and got covered in pee. (Fortunately for her she had gloves and a disposable apron on, and didn't ruin her clothes.

So no for me hospital scenarios are not for me.

If you could choose nappies instead of either bedpans or a catheter it would be better… think I would at least ask, if not bring some of my own!

There is still the embarrassment of everyone knowing what you have done. Of the young nurse (in both hospitals I was in, (I got moved from one hospital to another as heart surgery uses specialist equipment) all the nurses were in their 20's bar one lazy lump who did very little work) having to take away the mess.

I managed to keep my solid waste in for three days, quite a feet for me as I often go three or four times a day.

The food helped as the portion size was so small.

Yeah, I certainly wouldn’t want to use a nappy for that… mind you, a bedpan wouldn’t be much better!

The commode was even more embarrassing!

In the old days a commode had a plastic bucket and pretty much sealed to the seat.

The new ones are using cardboard buckets.

When I tried to use it my pee shot between the seat and the bucket and flooded the floor.

I was very embarrassed. It might be why I've got more active here recently, the whole hospital process made me feel very small and vulnerable.

One of my best omo friends is a nurse who works in the emergency room of a hospital and has wet her scrubs at work several times, as for example when she had to oversee an emergency tracheotomy until the actual doctor got back. As she said, "I had been on my way to the bathroom when the emergency came in and I couldn't just walk off for a pee because the patient might actually have died, so I had to just go in my pants. All my co-workers were very sympathetic and said the same thing could have happened to any one of us."

She said that when people are seriously hurt or damaged, wet pants stop being sexual, but she has seen a couple of times when attractive MILFs came in with just a couple of bruises from a fender bender, and had been so scared that they wet their pants, and she said, "When that happens, there's always some intern whose scrubs look like a pup tent at a Boy Scout jamboree." Then she laughed and she said, "Those are the guys I ask out on a date."
