So I've been doing 75 Hard and in an attempt to not fail Day 33 and start over, I chugged a half gallon of water late last night, waited about an hour before bed to use the bathroom, didn't need to go so hopped into bed. Woke up this morning with an urgent need to go, like get up within 10 minutes or I might be soaking the bed. Not wanting to waste a chance to have some fun, I decided to make a quick game that turned into an experiment and I think it's my new morning workout 😉

 So the gist of it is to set my watch to the HIIT workout setting, select your workout intervals and rest intervals. With those set, go on PornHub or OnlyFans or wherever you get your jollies (no shaming here folks), and pick out whatever tickles your fancy at the moment. For 45 seconds you masturbate with a full bladder, rest 15 seconds, then go again for 45 seconds. The goal is to last all the rounds. If you pee before all rounds are done you're not allowed to cum or touch yourself until midnight. If you cum before all the rounds are over you have to instantly pee where you are.

As you can see from my handy dandy knockoff Fitcrap watch, 23 minutes burning 219 active calories before I came and pissed the bed 😭 but tomorrow I'll try this again and see if I can duplicate the same results *clearing throat* for research purposes of course 😉
