I want to get rid of my omorashi addiction

Late to the party, but in my limited experiences with addiction the thing that helped the most was finding an "alternative" to counterbalance (or replace) the addiction. I've heard people have quit smoking by snacking on jellybeans when they felt the need, I quit a major sodapop addiction by replacing it cold-turkey with healthier drinks (i.e., forcing myself to instead drink lots and lots of water), etc.

Ultimately, in the long term you need to find a healthier or at least superior alternative. Exercise is a common coping method IME, music, writing, art, etc. - anything that you can devote energy and focus into will help. Might take time (weeks or even months) to build it up as a replacement habit, but it seems to do the trick.
