There are actually religions centered around it, but not in a good way!

I was watching all the Jackass and spinoffs before Jackass 4 came out. So I was rewatching Wild Boyz, a show where Steve O and Manny do stunts with animals - they never hurt the animals of course, they just get bit by them etc. But there was a few episodes where they go around to different countries with tribes of people, and there was actually a group of tribes (it was Africa or India?) who worshipped doing the nastiest stuff to each other, including peeing and defecating on each other. It was actually nasty, even the actors broke out of the act because they were that creeped out!

In religion/ideology form, the most realistic way to add omorashi would be through traditions. Just as people fast, or refuse to cut their hair something similar could be implemented.

Say, we value everything that has been given to us by god (or some other figure) including the water within us and thus we are not allowed to expel our pee freely.

- Perhaps a lengthy prayer before a bathroom trip

- Specific times where we are allowed to pee

Or we could say that we should understand the greatfulness of the ability to pee and spend a day without peeing.

- If you're into ABDLs you could twist this to being baby-fied for a day

Or we could worship pee itself, and must be deposited into specific ritualistic pots or something. If you're a fan of desperation, this would work if this was a minor religion rarely seen in public
