Weight loss/fitness diuretics?

So I've been browsing this site for info on diuretics. It seems the consensus is that chemical diuretics should not be used (or very carefully if used) and we should use natural diuretics instead.

I have, however, not seen anyone talk weight loss/fitness diuretics. From what I gather, these are basically just a combination of many of the natural diuretics that people recommend (dandelion root, cranberry, green tea etc). 

Anyone got any experience with these? General opinions are also welcome. I want to try one of these out soon so I figured I'd ask.

 

Edit: I tend to get very bloated during holds, so I thought these may help. The specific diuretic I'm looking at also contains Potassium to avoid hypokalemia.
