WetterMesser 1,772
Hello everyone! I just watched "The Batman" and it was really good! However, since the movie was 3 hours long, I nearly peed myself by the end of the movie. I was wondering, seeing as movies seem to be getting longer (The Batman was originally supposed to be 4 hours, The Snyder Cut was 4 hours, Endgame was 3 hours, and No Way Home was 3 hours), it might start to make sense to wear diapers to movie theaters, so as not to have to miss the movie or ruin the theater seats. I have seen articles and videos about people who either said they were going to wear a diaper to see Endgame or actually did. My main question for you is what kind of diaper would be up to the task? During, say, a 3 hour movie, I drink a lot of soft drinks. I normally would have to get up to go to the bathroom (with a full bladder) 1-3 times in the movie. Does anyone know of any diapers (disposable OR reusable) that would be able to hold 1-3 full wettings with no leaks? Feel free to link them! dandeliontea and PLEASEpleaseno 2 Quote Link to comment
ews21 298
Depends on how much you are planning on drinking and how much you end up peeing. I think I wore a north shore pull up that worked for the one wetting I had. Otherwise I would have worn a mega max. WetterMesser 1 Quote Link to comment
Sindar 53
InControl Elite and NorthShore MegaMax holds more than most. Trest Elite is probably the most absorbent one (but I haven't tested them myself) Depends on how much you care about how noticeable a big diaper is under your clothes in public, and how big your bladder is. Maybe a thinner diaper could be enough? If you don't care about the bulkiness at all, I would go for one of the above and feel more safe. nappypants, WetterMesser and WhatIsIt99 3 Quote Link to comment

Sindar 53
I'd be surprised if they were not able to last you the whole movie. I wore the InControl Elite for over 24 hours one time I was ill in bed and didn't want to get up too much. The ISO capacity (lab tested) is InControl: 5500ml, NorthShore: 6500ml, Trest: 9500ml. I think these are the capacity for XL size, so smaller sizes will hold slightly less. Also it's only theoretical capacity, meaning when the whole diaper is completely soaked. That will never happen (unless you take a shower/bath in them 😁) So don't use these values for measuring how many bladders they hold. It's only useful for comparing different diapers. When you’re sitting down in the cinema obviously nobody would notice, so it’s only arriving and leaving… Once went to the cinema and had a coffee before and a large coke during the film, had to “go” about 4 times and was worried about leaking by the end (think I was wearing Tena Ultima or something like that). How well do you think NorthShore PullUps would work? Something like their GoSupreme line. It says the medium, which is the size I am, can absorb 38oz vs the MegMax's 42oz for the same size. Would the GoSupreme still be able to hold a few full on wettings? I find PullUps to be easier and I don't have to worry about putting them on wrong. If you have 3 full wettings, a mega max is going to be your best bet. But even 3 full wettings is pushing it as far as not leaking is concerned. The max I did with a mega max was 3-4 full bladder releases and it usually leaked around then Quote Link to comment
Nesta 56
For movies under 2 hours, Tena Slip Active Fit Maxi works for me. Over two hours and its Tena Ultima. I wore a BetterDry to the movies once, but I found it uncomfortable to walk around in afterwards. nappypants and wetting_fan 2 Quote Link to comment

JoukanKounogi 4
I can also recommend the diapers from Littleforbig. They hold at least 3 charges and are also available on Amazon. Quote Link to comment
Optimalhentai 37
The peak abu diapers from abuniverse have the largest capacity I've witnessed personally. I think they're supposed to hold around 6250 ml if you don't mind a bit of bulkiness. The numbers can always be enhanced with inserts as well but I would trust them for multiple wettings. Just so you know, the InControl Elite have velcro style tabs that can be refastened many times in case the fit feels wrong. Practice makes perfect! If you are afraid of leakage don't hesitate taking them on a test-run in the comfort of your own home. I'm sure you can find a long movie on Netflix 😉 nappypants 1 Quote Link to comment

Do you know of any reusables/cloth diapers? I would prefer to make a 1 time purchase and because this is situational, I wouldn't need them every day. Quote Link to comment
Sindar 53
Sorry, I have no experience with cloth diapers whatsoever. No idea how good they work. I don't use them very often myself, mostly for convenience or when I just feel lazy. So I do a couple of purchases each year and hide them in boxes in a storeroom. I recently used one from 2019 🙂 Quote Link to comment
