She eventually realizes she must have been a bedwetter all along and just never realized, so was never able to deal with it, and asks for help in "nighttime training" just like a little kid. Etc. Etc.\

Which is even funnier to me because those pullups aren't even aimed at bedwetters. Or any sort of incontinence. But the idea of a pullup being able to help someone sleep through the night is definitely a core part of that fantasy.
