Oceanus 31
This is an odd one that I wasn't really expecting, but it is still rather nice so I wondered if anyone else had an experience similar to mine. I have had issues sleeping for a long time, since I tend to have anxiety combined with vivid dreams at night which can really mess up my sleep. Recently though I've been wearing a thick padded cloth diaper while sleeping and it's surprising to me how much /more/ comfortable I am, enough so that I actually sleep a lot better and more soundly. Anyone else had an experience like this? HentaiKami, LilMiss, For The Peeple and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment
nappypants 1,400
I think they do but only in the sense of avoiding the sleep disruption of having to get up and use the toilet, or lying there uncomfortable and desperate to go when you’re not ready to get up. Even if you typically only need to do so once a night, that’s still disruptive to sleep, which is why I think a nappy would be beneficial to so many who have never considered it! SlendrWetr 71
It is more comfortable, for sure, but it's also such a turn on that I wake up horny and at some point can't get back to sleep. Puckii_x and Oceanus 1 1 Quote Link to comment
Oceanus 31
For me it is the warmth and soft support even compared to panties, somehow it helps. My problem is when it comes to using the diaper, that's what makes me horny and thus it automatically gets harder to go, which only seems to turn me on more hahaha. Quote Link to comment
Brittanybunny 1,494
it definitely add comfort i will say that, i don't have bedwetting problems or anything but i genuinely have loved the times where i have slept with a diaper on. The soft padding really adds comfort and just makes me feel all snuggly and cozy. C.omoboy, For The Peeple, Oceanus and 3 others 2 4 Quote Link to comment
HentaiKami 110
I have some pretty intense insomnia, and often when I try to sleep, it generally just is an annoying process. However, when I wear, I feel way more relaxed and calm. I often am pretty anxious because I'll get up at the slightest urge to pee, so some nice padding really combats that well. Oceanus 31
I wish I could get relaxed and comfortable enough to be able to use my diaper while lying down, but so far I am greatly enjoying all of my padded experiences. I was thinking about buying some disposable pull ups or something soon because I thought they could be slightly more fun and comfortable than cloth ones. SlendrWetr 1 Quote Link to comment
Like2Bwet 47
Since i started wearing a nappy and plastic pants to bed around 3 years ago i sleep so much better, when i wake up needing a wee i let go and straight back to sleep without the disturbance of getting out of a nice warm bed nappypants 1 Quote Link to comment

Janiseguchi 74
I find that actually sleep better when I am wearing a diaper to bed. Without one I sleep like crap. Quote Link to comment
boywetter 16
For the past several months I've been wearing a pull-up every night and find I sleep much better. I sometimes become partially awake during the night but being able to just wet myself in my diaper means I don't have to be fully conscious. There is the issue that feeling the pee often makes me excited but that's the kind of waking I don't mind, and after a while I fall asleep anyway. Oceanus 1 Quote Link to comment
Terrafora 28
I wish I slept better with nappies, but unfortunately they feel too good and a little exciting so it ends up keeping me awake until I take them off 😐 I think I'd need to wear them way more often to sort of over come it. For The Peeple 25
Yeah its strange but I noticed the same thing! I have trouble falling asleep at times but being padded helps me fall asleep and sleep deeper, as I noticed that I wake up feeling alot more rested and less groggy nappypants 1 Quote Link to comment
Oceanus 31
Glad to still see more people replying here, because this has been an interesting topic for me really in general. I wore a cloth diaper a lot until I was comfortable enough with them and then started getting pullups and diapers as I can afford them from a subscription service. I love them honestly. I'm so happy and comfortable when I'm wearing a diaper and it is exciting just to think about but at the same time when I can relax I feel like going to sleep really, just from being so comfy 🥰 Quote Link to comment
Redd 268
I personally have a harder time sleeping in a diaper but only because I love it and I'm so excited to be in one. I have tried it dry and with wetting prior to going to sleep. Only once have I ever suspected that I actually fell asleep hard and woke with a diaper that I believe was wetter then the one time I went it before I went to sleep. But I have never slept better just because I was diapered. Oceanus 1 Quote Link to comment
dandeliontea 158
I've worn goodnites to bed a few nights recently, and haven't done it enough to know whether I'm actually sleeping better because of them or if it's just coincidence, but they're comforting and cozy so I suspect they may help somewhat. Haven't ever wet the bed as an adult but I do have a history there so it may just be nice to return to that feeling. Quote Link to comment
brandonthug 46
Being a bedwetter till I was 15 , diapers always make me feel more secure at night. I sleep so much better in a diaper. Quote Link to comment
babymikeblue96 5
Diapers help me sleep? Yes they do. i have the best dreams when i am diapered and they are very comfy to sleep in for me. plus getting up in the middle of the night and going to the bathroom is kinda a lazy thing so i go into my diaper and go back to bed. Guest AromaticPee
Why, yes they do! I know a girl who somewhat frequently goes through this! Her name is Dahlia Snickerdoodle, and she was my very first true friend. She's also the one who introduced me to pee fetishes! Dahlia's family never had a working toilet or used one. They all either pee on the floor, in their pants, or up the walls. In the winter, they all wear diapers and heavily recommend using them to "do business" in...because the waste can make your butt feel warmer. And Dahlia absolutely loves wetting diapers. She always keeps a spare bottle of baby powder with her diapers, because it keeps her from getting rashes on her privates. Lastly, Dahlia's into gagging and even more into messing, unlike me. Despite this, she never forces these two onto me. Then again, she does mess herself in front of others, when given the opportunity. Quote Link to comment
LittleBunny 4
I needed to be trained to sleep in diapers. The first few times were awful, I was so stressed. But after about two years sleeping in them almost every night, I really started to see an effect. For a year now, I almost have not worn a diaper to bed. I tried it again recently and the effect was very noticeable. I was sleepy in no time and even my headspace went really, really quiet. I think the Pavlov effect might has something to do with it. Because, almost every time I wear it to bed by myself, I go to sleep or have a nap. Quote Link to comment
andrewWetter 331
I struggle to sleep well when wearing, and it annoys me. I tend to get warm at night, even in the winter, and the padding just adds to that. I also get distracted by the feeling of the padding between my legs… getting me going, rather than helping to calm me. ..perhaps I just need more practice. And A/C in my 90 year old house… 🤪 RDFan2020 1 Quote Link to comment
RDFan2020 77
I also experience this except when it is a hot summer night and the air conditioner that I have been using for over a decade is not cooling the room well enough. Quote Link to comment
Snorri 12
Oh yes. I sleep so much better in a diaper. Its just so comfortable and I just love the feeling of waking up in a wet diaper 😊 Quote Link to comment
uap 23
Almost impossible for me to have a good night of sleep if not diapered. Just to afraid to wet the bed which fortunatly never happened when I did not want to, but sooooo many time when diapered that I always fear a genuine accident when on the road on a place where hiding diapers is difficult. Sprite 122
It's 50/50 for me. Some nights it's harder to sleep, some nights it's average, some nights it's better. I'd say that they generally don't affect my sleep. Quote Link to comment
