They've made that video private. You'll find most the videos on that site private. Best to just avoid it completely.

that is terrible advice, most users are happy to add you as a friend on that site.   It is also one of the more stable porn sites around with no pop up spam, only the ads before it plays videos and even then the ads don't pop up all the time.    Much easier to use compared to other sites like pissrip that are riddled with pop up spam and other malware

Thisvid can be irritating, but there's a lot of content on there so especially considering the purge of so many other sites, it's still worth using. As others have said, a lot of people will accept most friend requests as long as you happen to have some content that fits their interests. Of course there are also people who are incredibly selective and seem to reject almost all friend requests for no real reason, but that's thier choice.

I don’t understand the condescension around people using ThisVid to host private content. How does that differ from the entitlement demonstrated by believing you should have access to that content to begin with? The most common argument I see mentioned is “the video is probably already available elsewhere!” to which my response is: “you’re right, so why not just go find it there?” The majority of the people on ThisVid that private videos do so because they put in effort to find and upload videos and expect others to do the same. It doesn’t matter that it’s porn. You are not going to complain about content creators placing their content behind a paywall yet somehow draw the line at a requirement involving an account creation and sending a friend request? If you get denied, who cares, it’ll likely be re-uploaded by someone else within days. The majority of the content people share here is literally taken directly from ThisVid, so if you’re going to tell others to avoid it you should probably stop coming here too.

And just to toot my own horn here, I believe in sharing and make the majority of my content (that I paid for and am CHOOSING to share) accessible and will add anyone that wishes to view my private content. But when you disregard people in my shoes, you make people less likely to share content when the reality is we just want to ENCOURAGE people to help out the community. I WANT to see good wetting content so I contribute however I can. Shit, even having a curated favorites list is contributing in my opinion. It makes it easier to find good videos because the search functionality on TV is ass. Just my two cents. /rant

I'm pretty sure that's not how intellectual property in regards to digital content works. Just because you've purchased a commercial clip that does not entitle you to share it around the Internet or somehow profit from it.

Most people have little appreciation for the idea that a group of individuals are using a site to exchange pirated content they themselves never created nor produced nor commissioned; and that they somehow need to ingratiate themselves with those individuals in order to be friended and granted the right to watch. The majority simply doesn't have the inclination, the time, the ability, the know-how to contribute - and it's not gonna change no matter how you try to force or encourage them. Over 93% of Omo.org membership have never made a single post here. Imagine if the access here was granted to only the chosen few who contributed enough. The site would be dead years ago. Imagine Biku only allowing Jailor Eckman to see his drawings. That's not how this works.

That's because they are content creators. They paid the models fee, servers costs, legal costs, taxes if they're incorporated, as well as a ton of associated costs that might include everything from logistics and accommodation to data storage, cameras, clothing and shoes. They are not "placing their content behind a paywall". They are trying to run a business. If they can't make a profit - they either go out of business or switch to a more profitable niche, with bigger audience, fewer costs and less piracy, which doesn't in any way help our fetish, already starved for quality content.

I don't care for ThisVid's model either. I've browsed the site enough to tell that most of the people that have privated videos aren't posting content they own and have no right keeping behind an "only my friends can watch this" barrier.

It's one thing to contribute free content freely on other free sites, it's another to do this.

We do have some download limits here, yes, but all our sites content is available to everyone for free outside of that, excluding paid comics and content from our own original content creators.

We'd never lock the entire site behind a paywall or allow members to upload and deny other users any form of access to content they don't own.
