Just don't stay outside too long after you got really wet and you will be ok. Or take spare clothes with you and change after you peed yourself.

You can used wool trousers and underwear  when peeing in cold weather.
The wool keeps you warm even when wet and gives an exciting feeling. I pee in heavy woolen tights in the winter when I was 6 to 9 years old. Just a pleasure. Now I pissed on my wool tights and used thick wool socks as diapers. It gives a longer warm feeling when weting and  hiking in winter.
