Yes, I see what you mean, I think there are certain styles that bring to mind a diaper! Dungarees as well, they seem made to accommodate a nappy…

I guess women who do wear diapers are more likely to wear high-waisted, looser jeans than other styles, so we might just be right once in a while!

As someone who's just recently started wearing proper diapers (Northshore Megamaxes to be specific), pretty much the only thing I've been wearing in public, whether padded or not, are loose high-waisted jeans and dungarees! It's almost embarrassing to think that some people have definitely noticed xD
