I clicked in here to say essentially this. Its not healthy advice, but liquor is like the worlds most potent diuretic and it will keep you significantly more asleep than normal.

I never said it was healthy, but it's effective.  A healthier but much less potent alternative might be drinking a lot of something like one of those types of tea that's supposed to help you sleep before bed.
