cloudburst9 31
There will probably be people more qualified here to answer than I am but practice I suppose. Keep a track of how long you can wait and occasionally practice by waiting a few more minutes and try to build it up. Like this https://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbeat/training-your-bladder But there is obviously a limit to how effective things like this will be too. Quote Link to comment
Drip 92
Well something like this kind of falls into the realm of medical advice. I recommend visiting a doctor. They could probably advise you on a fairly effective method, maybe they could even prescribe something to help and best of all the could monitor your safety to make sure you aren't doing any damage or pushing yourself too hard. cloudburst9 1 Quote Link to comment
Stanley79 636
Neither am I a doctor. I mostly agree with Drip. See a urologist. Assuming the photo is your full-bladder pee: 1. You may quaify for bladder-enhansment surgery. If you consider surgery, be sure you understand the risks and downsides. Read descriptions at respected medical centers websites. 2. From the color, you're not drinking as much fluid as urologists recommend. Preserving your kidneys may require more fluid and more frequent peeing. For me bladder control exercises only work as long as I do them. If I let up two months maximum sets me back to my prior capacity. Best wishes for finding a solution. Drip 1 Quote Link to comment
Adrian6970wc 243
As others have suggested, I think it's something you could profitably discuss with your doctor. However I think you could try very gradually extending the amount of time between pees. Just a small amount each day. I think the longer you hold off going to the toilet the easier it will become, but don't rush things. Just take it gently. Spectator9 1 Quote Link to comment
