If you could make an omo game, what would it be?

I mean, that dream is kind of a reality already. Thanks to the RPG Maker series, a fair amount of people have made omorashi games already. If you look at the downloads page you'll see that there's no shortage of omorashi RPGs. In fact, i have the latest RPG Maker myself, RPG Maker MZ. Although i'm not sure what game to make yet...

I was thinking old-school 3D graphics. Like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic or Dragon Age: Origins.

Lower Intelligence = The less full the Bladder Meter has to be before accidents are possible. Higher Intelligence = Enhanced Spell Effects (i.e. increased damage, increased healing) with some spells requiring a minimum Intelligence to be usable.

I'd just love a good cinematic game with omo or at least pee related scenes, doesn't even have to be the main focus.

I'm thinking something along the lines of Fallout 4 or Skyrim (even though you can already do some stuff with mods and a healty ammount of suspension-of-disbelief), or something like The Last of Us, or even simulation games like for example Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

The main thing is just having omo content be as acceptable as for example sex is slowly becoming in newer games (The Witcher, Cyberpunk, etc.).

Honestly I'd be okay with literally anything that had males in it. Maybe I'm blind but very time I look it's just females only across the board and that doesn't interest me at all. maybe there's like a secret hidden male option in any game and I just have to play to find out, but meeeh. :v

I like to assume I'm just blind as that implies that games I'd like do exist out there and I just haven't found them, as the alternative is that I have to do it myself if I want anything, and at that rate I'd rather just make art.

Unrelated to the rest of the thread, but there was an interesting post on one of the other forums and apparently tons of people who have incontinence problems and/or are into Omo have above-average IQs, I'll see if I can find it.

For anyone who is curious about the qbasic game I had mentioned earlier.  Keep in mind that I am not the author of this game and no attribution is given in the file itself.  If you would like to play it, you would need some sort of qbasic interpreter.  If this is against policy to post this here, moderators, please feel free to take this down.  Thanks.

I am rather old fashioned and a big fan of traditional board games. I would love a simple board game with dice and rules such as:

before starting this gave every player must drink a minimum of two mugs of tea/coffee/water or beverage of your choice. Then wait two hours before playing this but during that no player must use the bathroom. 
 

Whatever place you land on the action must be completed. 
squares might read:

have another glass of juice/water/beer

another player must tickle you for a full minute

tell the other players about a time you really had to pee and what happened

chose another player who gets to chose what item of clothing you should remove

have another drink!

no squirming or fidgeting until your next dice roll

pretend you are desperate in school and beg another player to let you go.

you are in a long work meeting. Miss two turns and keep holding.

describe how every bit of your body feels right now

beg to use the toilet using ten different ways to describe your need

have another drink! 
sit  perfectly still for three full minutes

strip to your underwear

another player must press on your bladder

allow the player to your left to help you hold however you want

show us your best pee pee dance

have another drink! 
go back 6 places

sit on the toilet wearing just your underwear but keep holding for 5 full minutes

every other player must tell you a joke or pull a funny face to make you laugh

go back to the beginning 

have another drink

let out a spot but keep holding 

swap places with the losing person 

have another drink

 

the first person to reach the end and get an exact roll to finish is the first to pee...but everyone else gets to watch!

The best game I would think of would be a triple-A release similar to Mass Effect or the Witcher 3.

In this, there would be a bladder counter that slowly ticks up over time, at maybe 1% per minute, but abilities and stuff cause it to speed up. It would have a negative effect on gameplay (with appropriate animations), but would also influence dialogue choices. There could also be bladder counters of varying sizes for companions.

This wouldn't be the only omo element in the game, as there would be lots of side quests and mentions of needing to pee, though not all the time. I think the key is striking the balance between having omo elements and also making a genuinely good game.

Other kinks like messing or futanari could probably be optional DLCs

Too many to count, seriously. Probably a pretty unusual thing, but this is definitely something I can find myself fantasizing about in a fair bit of detail. I end up spending some time thinking about what types of genres would suit omorashi now and again.

Item shop management game
Something along the lines of Recettear or Moonlighter, where you manage an item shop, restocking it and making sure to sell for maximum profit. It happens to be a genre I really like that basically only has one good game (Recettear) but I think it also has a ton of omo potential like;
-Managing the main character or main characters' toilet breaks (they might need to pee while running the shop, and if you rush off to the bathroom you're losing profits)
-Customers may come into the shop needing the bathroom, and you could choose to invest in more toilets.
-You would have to choose whether to enforce customers needing to buy something in order to use the toilet, and if you're willing to make exceptions.
-Certain sold items may have omorashi-related effects. If you start selling watermelons and ice cream at cheap prices during a hot day, you may get a lot more desperate customers. That's when you start selling chamber pots at marked-up prices...

Mystery Dungeon Game
I feel like the randomly generated mystery dungeon style of gameplay (Pokemon mystery dungeon is the example of this type of game most people recognize) could be a perfect fit for omorashi mechanics like;
-Managing a player character's/party's need to pee during a dungeon. Access to toilets would be rather limited in a dungeon, of course. Normally, a mystery dungeon game has a risk/reward system where the player chooses to head back with what loot they already collected or to push on, risking it all for even greater rewards. I think that would blend perfectly with a pee system. Peeing in a dungeon may attract monsters, making squatting a gamble.
-You often end up rescuing NPCs stuck inside the dungeon in these types of games - another thing that would blend very well into a pee game. NPCs stuck in the dungeon without a toilet might need to pee very badly, having to be escorted out of the dungeon, or maybe the party guards them while they squat in a corner.

I have plenty of ideas like these haha, but these are the ones that sprung to mind.

I'd make it a standard RPG, not overly difficult or complex, but with a bladder meter and bathrooms, and you have the option of using the bathrooms if you can but wetting doesn't have any negative consequences, it's mainly up to player choice. And you can customize your character, male or female, whatever weight, hair color/style, etc., and whatever kinds of outfits you want - regular pants, jeans, dresses or skirts of any length, shorts (jean shorts, skintight shorts, short or long), full bodysuits, rompers, trousers, even something like pajamas or snow pants. Maybe add a location where you can change into a diaper, for diaper lovers. And maybe add in places with jumpscares or people/creatures who tickle you into wetting yourself if your bladder meter is high enough.

And, being an RPG, beds to sleep in to heal your health, and if you go to bed with your bladder meter high enough, you wet the bed.

Also, healing items and powerups will come in the form of drinks that increase your bladder meter. And bladder meter fills up faster if you're near a river, fountain, waterfall, etc.

More to the outfits, perhaps with enough gold you can buy new outfits to change into if you feel like it, and remove them if you wish (like in Xenoblade Chronicles) so your characters are in their underwear (which you can also customize). And unlike other RPG's, they won't increase defense or anything, they'll just be there for whatever you wish to wet or be desperate in.

And when your character wets him/herself, show the wetness on their crotch, a stream, and a puddle. And a pee sound is heard. And when he or she is desperate, they are holding themselves and fidgeting when you are standing still or in battle mode.

Well, I've never thought about making a triple A game. But if I were to make a game with omo as a theme, it would most likely be a cards game. Not too diferent from Heartstone, Magic or Kards.

The objective of the player is to drop make the other wet itself by dropping its bladder strength to zero. The bladder strength would be the health, that would be dropped by effects of certain cards, attacks and bladder fullness. The bladder fullness would deal bladder strength damage every turn, so the idea would be the match starting with both players with a hundred bladder strength points.

Where can I find some of them? That a.) Involve female wetting, and b.) Don't require anything being saved on your computer?
