it features a gorgeous blonde girl getting interviewed, talking about how she pissed herself at a Britney concert and that it turns her on.

it's one of my favorite all time videos and I can't find it.

I know the video you mean. It’s a Skymouse video from Wet and Wild Volume 4, featuring Lucy Alexandra. It used to be available from his online store before it disappeared, but it appears to be no longer available.

just did a deep dive trying to find the video, knowing the name, and no luck so far.

Sorry I've only got Wet & Wild #2 & #3 no #1 or #4 and yes as far as I know Skymouse is still making content. Though he uses other filmers more now days. Heard he was having some health issues, it's been a long time since I was a member there. All the content while good just seemed to blur together, not much different or new story lines.
