Best foods for messing?

So I’ve been doing some experimenting with messing and what foods to eat beforehand and heres my findings

avoid greasey foods they make the smell a lot worse, also keep away from spicy foods they tend to be smelly and wet. High fiber foods are good But that’s pretty common knowledge. Another thing is Chewing gum Now I don’t have any real evidence but my personal experiences chewing gum gives me bad diarrhea does anyone else experience this? And I found that bread, vegetables and beans produce very good results. On the other side fruits, cheese and and aforementioned spicy foods Or greasy tend to make things a bit worse. 
and its a good idea to drink a lot of water or if you want to speed things up caffeine.


anyone else have anything to add?
