Have you hid a leak or wet cloths by:

Bicycling or walking on an obscuring or dark route?

Getting rained on?

Hiding until the wet area dried?

Quickly getting out of wet leggings, socks, stockings, etc?

Remaining in a position that hid the wet area?

Running through a sprinkler, swimming or wading?

Traveling in an obscuring vehicle or obscuring location within a vehicle?

Tying a sweatshirt, etc. around your waist as a skirt?

Wearing a long-coat, raincoat, kilt, skirt, granny dress, etc?

Mine (Often after unintentional leaks):

Bicycling or walking on an obscuring or dark route?  Several times after unintentional leaks on long walks.  For a number of years intentionally drank to much beer a few days before Christmas and simultaneously enjoyed leaking and viewing decorations walking in dimly-lit residential areas.

Getting rained on?  Yes.  when storms incoming, hid in wooded parks until rain arrived.

Hiding until the wet area dried?  Yes.  But hate having an accident requiring long inactivity to hide.

Quickly getting out of wet leggings, socks, stockings, etc?  Not that I remember.

Remaining in a position that hid the wet area?  Not that I remember.

Running through a sprinkler, swimming or wading?  All of these.

Traveling in an obscuring vehicle or obscuring location within a vehicle?  Yes.  Was in back of a county bus.  Needed a pee.  But not bad until driver took a turn rather fast.  Stayed hunkered down until my stop.

Tying a sweatshirt, etc. around your waist as a skirt?  May times.

Wearing a long-coat, raincoat, kilt, skirt, granny dress, etc?   Long coat and raincoat.

Other?  In dormitory woke wet.  Stayed under blankets until other residents departed.

I used my waistbag to hide my wetness most of the time. Or just wear dark jeans shorts.

But I did once have to stay sitting in a library after leaking too much in my bright blue shorts. I genuinely had to pee too, after holding it all day at school.

I made it to the toilet, but not without a couple more spurts.

Peeing while raining? Everyone does that.

I often try to hide wet spots if possible. It's either by covering them by other clothes or a bag or even spilling something "by accident" on my lap. Of course, going home or to a car the way where I won't be seen or at least less often then on a normal route is another thing I do regularly, if possible.

There’s a reason I favour long coats 😄 “Accidentally” spilling a drink or ideally a jug down my front/onto my lap is always a good one. Jumper-around-waist is such a classic that I tend to assume anyone coming out of a toilet cubical with a jumper around their waist probably didn’t quite make it in time. Holding things in front of my crotch - shopping, jumper, bag, whatever. I’ve definitely taken a darker route home in order to hide an accident.

I have often done the awkward “dry massive wet patch on jeans with a hand drier” dance from Mr Bean, too 😂 If it’s a good hand drier it’s pretty effective, but there’s an art to not being too obvious and/or keeping an eye out for people coming by...

Absolutely. When I still went to school, I had a teacher who wouldn't allow us to go to the bathroom. I had to pee really, really badly, so I faked having a stomach ache. The problem was, I still was not allowed to go to the bathroom, she wanted my classmate to escort me to the office so that I could call my mother.

I called my mom, my classmate left and my bladder couldn't hold it in anymore. I wet my pants and had to use my sweatshirt to hide the damp part.

My mother came and took me home and I wasn't able to change my wet clothes until we finally got home.

This reminds me of a game I used to do pre Covid when I was walking home from work sometimes. There’s a pair of jeans I own that used to be black but due to washing they have faded to be lighter in a lot of areas. Now this means that when I pee there are parts where the wet spot is hidden and parts where it isn’t.

Now with no covering or attempt to hide it looks obvious that I peed my pants. But if I help my hands and pulled my jumper down in just the right ways I could cover the wet crotch and it would look like styling on the jeans, but only from the front. The back looked like I wet myself no matter what I did. So I used to walk around slowly with hands/jumper in position and make sure anybody I was walking near was facing the front of me. Solidly sure I got away with it most times.

Oops!  Didn't realize replies had continued.  Your answers show how much the hiding-wet-spot method depends on the situation.  Something in there reminded me I've stood close to a road puddle as a fast car went by.  In winter I've "slipped" and fallen on slush.
