End of an era? Shara and Ger's Female Desperation gone for good?

Fast Cat also claimed to have coined the spelling of the word "girl" as "gurl," been the first to popularize wetting as a sexual fetish, and even to have accidentally traveled through time at one point.

This thread has reached a new high of weirdness.

I have the stories archived here, specifically for when this day came 😞  RIP SharaGerStories.zip

Sorry for neccroposting, but I think I've managed to set up a website with stories from Shara and Ger's Female Desp. I originally made it as a frontend for a git repo in which people from russian omo

Fast Cat's real name was Robin. I communicated with him through email many times when I was trying to set up the magazine article for Bizarre, but I don't remember that I ever knew his surname. He was Moppet's boyfriend. I don't know if he was ever prosecuted for child molestation when her parents finally found her.

If what I had read on the old Cat Chaser Conspiracy band website was true, Fast Cat would have been an adult in the 1970's.  So let us say he was 20 years old in 1979.  Moppet, if her reported age was correct, would have been 16 in 1999 when my friend Betsy and I attempted to go see Cat Chaser perform in Seattle.  This would mean that Moppet was born in 1983, and Fast Cat would have been at least 24 years older than her.  He would have had to of been at least 40 when he was dating her when she was 16... That is kind of creepy.

However, I still really question how much of this is true, at all.  For one, many of the Wetset photos and interviews with Moppet purportedly were done in Australia.  But, Fast Cat reportedly found Moppet living on the streets of Seattle.  If she were truly the age that has been reported, and a run away, how would she have been able to travel internationally?  Any such international travel would have required a passport, and if she had been reported as a runaway, attempting to get or use a passport would have drawn immediate law enforcement attention.

Here is another thread about Cat Chaser Conspiracy that has a lot more info-

Too bad that band wasn't real, would've been cool if they were.

I don't think we can say that the band just wasn't real at all.  There are pictures/videos of their rehearsal.  I just think that some of the stories of the band, as well as their success and popularity, were likely greatly exaggerated.  Where the reality and the fantasy of this band meet, however, is a bit of a mystery.

Again, I am quoting a source who worked at wetset. If there was any reality at all to the whole thing, it had to do with a woman who was in a band with Fast Cat Robin long before Moppet appeared on the scene. I don't remember her name, but it may in fact be true that she did have an accident while performing at a punk club.

Did they say the interview was in Australia? I thought it took place while Paul was in the US, because some of the photos were taken at Niagara Falls.

The age difference sounds about right. Robin's whole outlook and vcabulary, as I knew it from his emails, indicated an older man. The emails I received from Moppet may or may not have been from her, but they were definitely not from Robin. The whole syntax, grammar, and spelling  was different. People can try to fake that stuff, but only an expert can do it with consistency.

At one point they did have a sample song uploaded onto wetset -- but anyone with a few bucks for studio time and some friends with guitars can do this. It was pretty dreadful. Grinding minor chords with shopworn Satanic lyrics. Seriously, they sounded like a Marilyn Manson-inspired garage band on quaaludes.

I wondered when the day would come. It makes me feel old ;n;

In the early aughts, I was in high school and while I had a computer in my room it didn't have an internet connection. I'd use one of the computers in my mom's office to access the stories page, copy/paste the text into a Word document and save it to a floppy disk. Clear history, delete the doc, take the disk back to my room for private enjoyment.

I'm so glad someone's got all their content archived, but the sense of time and distance hits me hard when I reflect on it. Fuck 2020

Thank you for adding what you know here! I forget where I originally read about Cat Chaser Conspiracy, could have been on Shara and Ger's possibly, and even read a story written from the POV of a new audience member. At the time, which must have been '03 or '04, I felt sure the story of the band was partially, if not completely, fictional but intriguing nevertheless. Between the light @TVGuy and yourself have shed here I think we're as close as we will ever get to full clarity, especially since Fast Cat is apparently deceased.

I don't recall if it was the interview, or a photo set, or rehearsal video... My recollection is seeing some kind of media with Cat Chaser and Moppet that was set in Australia.  I remember finding it odd, as previously it had been stated they were based in Seattle.

Where did you learn that Fast Cat was deceased?  I wouldn't be terribly surprised, but this is new information to me.

In the other thread you linked to regarding Cat Chaser and Fast Cat, @ragtime posted a list of info they were able to uncover including Fast Cat's legal birth name. Sources aren't cited for Fast Cat's death - "6. Through a combination of search terms, I have determined that FastCat has died this year," but the detail and rigor of the rest of the research leads me to believe Ragtime really did their homework and is probably correct.

THANK YOU. Phew! That would have been tragic to lose those epic Gillian stories, among others.

RIP Sher and Ger's, the first omo site I ever found.

Are there any sites like that one around now? Where you can search for stories with specific wetting scenarios. I know this site has a forum dedicated to it, but it doesn't quiet fit what easyshag did.

I am sure there are great stories here, but the format makes them difficult to enjoy. I wish there was a way to read completed stories in their entirety without having to scroll through a forum post trying to find the next update to the story.

The Wetset site is back up, but the new forums including pics and stories are still closed. They say that the new forums will be open soon, but I'll believe it when I see it. Hopefully soon it will be another good place for stories.

You utter legend! I had the urge to revisit these stories after the pornhub purge and lack of content / reposts on video sites due to this kind of thing and remembered it went offline earlier this year!

If anyone's interested (and if its allowed) I crawled almost the entire image library of the site a year or so before it wasn't updated, i can try package that up

I'd certainly be interested in finding more about that odd story. Fast Cat seems like a nasty piece of work if it's true he was molesting underage girls, but he certainly lived an unusual life. He also seemed to be a neo-Confederate and Civil War replica boot maker. What a strange character!

I'm thinking of one of those cute female Japanese metal bands like Lovebites or Mary's Blood, but they wee in their skirts...it would be pretty messy between all their wee and the dudes watching jacking off!

Of course, they're sexy adult women, not poor underage girls...

Anyways, I thought it also might come handy if you want to read the stories, but don't want to download archive, so... I decided to also share it here ^^

Brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing and taking the time to make this.
