We were heading back from a hike and the bathrooms were locked at the trailhead. I had drank more water than I needed and had to pee so bad. Literally doing a pee dance with audio while trying to drive.  There was a park entrance with bathrooms but by the time I got there my seat was already slightly damp. I tried to make it, in hindsight I should have just sat there and gone instead of the scene I made, but, desperate times make you act funny. I made it in and there was a line. I crossed my legs and it happened. I felt warmth spread and as soon as I felt that my body just forced it out. I made it Into a stall but I was already wetting my pants. I had to walk out and drive home in wet jeans. I apologized to them and said I couldn't hold it and had an accident. That's why they call ot an accident.....but it was embarrassed

I was on a ski-camp with my school. I woke up at night and really had to go. I allready spurted a little before i woke up. So the bed and my pajamas both had a little wet spot. The Moment i get out of bed i nearly lost controle. The preassure was so big that i coud not stand straight or even walk. I was cought in that moment were if i did not move i would have ended up with soaked pajamas and with every step it was possible to loose a spurt. So on the way to the toilette i lost 3-4 spurts and had a big wet spot on my pajamas, but managed to get there. I peed in the toilet put my pajamas up again rushed back to my bed and hoped the next morning nobody will notice.

I do not remember to have such an urge again in my life.

So you was lucky and managed to hold it. Maybe with a little wet spot on your pants. I peed myself and it was not possible to hide it.

I'd say I had a pretty good bladder control lol. Never wet myself despite all the close calls.

The worst time for me was when I was on a road trip with friends, headed to an aquarium in the nearest city. We had a full day of adventures ahead of us. One friend was driving, I was up front, and 2-3 more friends were in the back. 
 

I became desperate on the ride up, unintentionally. I was too embarrassed to ask them to pull over just for me. I tried to press against the seat really hard and keep my peehole closed, but my muscles were weak and struggling to hold back leaks. 
 

by the time we parked and began to walk to the visitors center, my dark gray shorts were visibly darker from leaks. I was HORRIFIED. I could barely prevent them from darkening more at crosswalks when we had to wait to walk. I couldn’t stand still. 
 

No one ever said anything, but I was mortified. I tied my hoodie around my waist in horror, and DID make it to the toilets at the visitors center, but I never want to be that desperate around people I know, ever again.

I have told it in some posts. But it is an impressive experience, so I decided to tell it again.

It happened when I was in high school. We had evening classes after supper. The classes lasted 1 hour and a half from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.  On that day, I maybe drink too much water or eat something that has diuretic effects during supper. I did visit the bathroom just before the bell rang. However, when I returned to the class (only 2 min after using the bathroom), I felt a slight urge to pee again. There was no time for another bathroom trip, and the evening class began. My urge to pee became stronger and stonger for every minute of the class. I felt like bursting only 15min into the class. I am too shy to tell the teacher I had to pee and ask permission in front of the class. So I decided to hold it. After 30min into the class, I was on the edge of wetting myself and started to use one hand to hold. I grab my thing with a hand through the pocket of my trousers.  Hopefully, it should look like I just put my hand in the pocket. For the remaining one hour of the class, I could not sit still and kept shifting my weights in my seat. Someone had found that I was in trouble and asked if I was ok. I was still too shy to admit I needed to pee badly and replied I was fine. I was worrying about if I will have an accident in the class for the remaining class time. Somehow, I managed to the end of the class and walked to the bathroom (unable to run although it was in emergency). I peed for 2-3min finally.

I work in a school and got pulled in to invigilate an exam. Because I didn't know about it, I'd finished a rather large coffee just before and it hit me all at once about an hour in to the 2 1/2 hour exam. By the end my legs were firmly crossed because I thought the scissoring of my legs would be distracting to the student but it was honestly all I could do to keep the pee in. 
I think I was more relieved when they finished than they were!
