Most difficult holding position

Just trying to think up ways to challenge myself for my next hold and wondered what positions people use to induce bladder failure.

Personally I’ve found that legs spread wide apart and hips thrust forwards ‘disables’ quite a lot of core muscles from being able to ‘hold’, thus putting greater strain on the lower sphincter muscles.

If anyone has any other ideas or experiences I’d love to hear them as I think I’m going to try and choreograph some sort of torture routine for the end of my next hold.

I just tested and was pleasantly surprised that I've got the flexibility to do that so that will definitely be going into the routine.

also possible to alternatingly do 10..20 very deep squats and 10..20 sit-ups from laying on the back to upright and then bend over to touch the legs with your face and your toes with your fingertips. And to try to go on even when hard bladder spasms happen...
