I think you might be reading into this a bit much.
It's more likely that it's just the work of trolls reporting said content and getting it taken down, in which case splitting the URL's and such would not solve anything.
YouTube is not meant for adult content in general though. So the obvious solution is for people to stop trying to treat it as a platform for such to begin with.
That is why we have sites like, you know, this.
