Dirty Dani Picas

Recommended Posts

I just dont understand why anyone would care how she feels. I've seen a video or two of hers and she clearly isnt into the fetish. Just trying to make money off of it thus why her videos are expensive. Like yeah maybe she regrets making the videos but in my opinion she always seemed more concerned about her videos being purchased from her and not pirated which is difficult to control with videos. She seemed to spend a ton of time removing them from vk and pornhub while still selling them so I would like to think she closed her shop out of frustration over piracy. Some of her vids are on pornhub for anyone interested. Just comb through and they are around.

Cause we are humans and so is she? She has every right as a human to do whatever she pleases to make money if she wanted to. Just because she wasn't into the fetish and was essentially exploiting us and our enjoyment of it for money does not make it right to undermine her requests.

Surely as she has withdrawn her site and is no longer asking for money for the videos then any that people have are now free to pass around as it is not causing Dani any loss of income?

The point isn't necessarily the money, the point is she made many pornographic videos, constantly with her face in them and her talking, and I'm sure that a multitude of the non-omo people in the world find this fetish absolutely disgusting. I used to have videos on tumblr of myself, no talking, no face, never sold them, and I STILL took them down. I realized one video in particular had several thousand views, and it made me uncomfortable. It's that simple, maybe she's uncomfortable about it all now. If you find some, great, but you can't fault her for wanting them down or the site enforcing it.

What i don't understand is why does someones effort to be removed from the internet seem to offend some of you? Maybe it is unrealistic to be 100% successful, but she has made her videos really hard to find allready which must be counted as a win for humanity, as it could suggest that not everyone needs to see everyones weakest moments, only the most dedicated and creepy, which luckily is only a small fraction of the population.

I enjoyed her videos, and I am happy for her that she has the resources to protect her videos as vigilantly as she does. Most people who have things online they wish weren't there aren't so lucky, but let us be happy for those who are. Not angry at them for trying, and moralize at them for not knowing better.

As for the comparison to copyrighted videogames unavailable for sale, this completly fails to take into account that she is a PERSON, not a piece of intellectual property. It's not only the protection of commercial interests that should be considered when evaluating the morality of an act or exchange. It wasent for sale, so I stole it? She wasn't a whore, so I raped her? See how nuts that seems when considering the person, instead of the property?

I for one hope that as the internet evolves into the next thing it will inevitably become, it will give people more control of their online presence, not less. That technology will allow concent to be given, and later taken back if you change your mind, just as it can be in normal human interactions. Until then, let's try to help each other by making our corner of the internet a better place than the rest. Where we respect people, and help each other out. I suggest that if you have a dani picas video, you delete it. And if you see one online, not only here, but anywhere online or offline, you report it to the company protecting her ip. Make the internet a slightly better place.

Rant over

Such is the law of the Internet that once you make something publicly available, you'll never be able to completely take it down. You won't find it here, though.

i will most definitely report any video i find anywhere and do my best for it to be removed! it's the most ethical, moral thing to do for someone who exposed herself to the public internet to make a pile of money and then changed her mind and want it to disappear. because i'm a respectful and ethical person, so i'll only charge her $5 for every video i report.

I am absolutely gutted Dani’s videos are gone, I loved them (especially the reading/peeing/masturbating one). I can understand why she decided to remove her content and respect that but still feel sad that they’re gone! She was fantastic imo

My point is that it doesn't have to be that way. We have just accepted that it is this way, and we are so used to thinking of the internet this way that we cant even imagine an internet that is any different. Even to the point where we start defending "the law of the internet" as if it was moral, or actual law, not just an emergent, unintended property of a complex system without a grand design.

Bothered by this.

Using the PM section of the website to skirt around the "Don't post, don't link" is disrespectful not only to the model (Why are we still having this discussion?) it is also disrespectful of the people who run this website. It has been 5 months. She doesn't want the videos online. You do not have a right to these videos unless you have already purchased and saved them. You do not have the right to even share your purchased videos with others who didn't. It is a violation of the law. Now, granted, I understand that this particular section of the website operates on a great deal of piracy and I'm fine with that, I have benefitted from it, but this is going to ridiculous links.
