strobedi 42
For those of you who sometimes have trouble starting peeing (for example, when pee-shyness happens in a public bathroom), what relaxation techniques do you use to start the flow? Myself, I count some mathematical patterns. Usually either powers of 2 (1,2,4,8,16,32...) or perfect squares (1,4,9,16,25...). That distracts my mind enough to let the flow start. nightwind 49
I have this problem a lot. I start counting up from 1 slowly. If I have to go badly enough, I'm usually going full force by the time I reach 4 or 5. If numbers don't work, I fiddle with my smartwatch and it distracts me to let go. I do this for wettings too. It seems to help. I'd be interested to hear what things others do to relax/start the flow. Quote Link to comment
