Interesting thesis on incontinence and adult diapers

Though a bit too pedantic for me, personally, this thesis is a unique synthesis of societal stigma analysis, product research snd design and closed-system sustainability issues.  I could have easily overlooked it, but it appears completely devoid of any consideration of any fetish aspects of incontinence, except for a couple answers from participants (of what seems to me a fetish-skewed group) to an open-ended survey question.  What I found most interesting was the idea that soon we will need to return to a closed-looped ecology for phosphorus due to finite resources and that innovative incontinence garments and urine-sucking kiosks could spearhead that movement.  My first thought was:  if phosphorous could be viably recycled from a reusable diaper, wouldn't the same recycling mechanisms be more efficiently employed with continent male urinals?  The Scandinavian study that concluded recycling phosphorous from urine was currently non-viable because it would require expensive re-plumbing of existing toilets has no bearing on which is the more abundant source of human-waste phosphorus--male urinals or incontinent pants.  If the proposed vacuum device to remove the urine from the special diapers could also be made to suck the urine from the urethrae of either gender, the sky would be the limit on the sexual and fetish implications!  lol
