Draconians are the lizard people from the rocky drylands to the south. Their tough skin has earned them a reputation as some of the hardiest people in Eorthston, and their warriors are feared by all. However, their raiding parties have more recently become a nuisance as Commonwealth peacekeeping forces are too pre-occupied in their homelands. Despite this, Draconians are well received by most due to their friendly personalities - even from the highwaymen.

Based on the description, we probably want to be a swordswoman.

To me, warrior implies more offence than defense, so I choose swordswoman over knight.

Because of that, we want Erika to keep us safe, and probably Gwendolyn to protect Erika.

"I...uhh....W-what should I do, girls? I want to go, but I might need the extra power!" I look at Scarlett, who is dancing side to side and shifting her legs. She's blushing as she looks pleading

"So what's our plan then?" I ask, taking another drink and then setting the beer down with a *thud*. "We could just stay in this inn - it's lovely here" Scarlett suggests. Me and Erika both ignore h

T-that's right, Valerie is a knight, befitting her tougher skin and proud personality.
Anyway, I'll leave the rest of this story to her, she seems to have a better idea of what's going on than I do...

"Valerie" Comes a voice from outside my dorm room - a voice I immediately recognise. "Are you ready for the journey yet?"
The gruff, Scot's voice comes from the Dwarven head of the college - a stout man with a beard longer than he is, named Angus.
"Not quite yet" I answer through my still-closed door, pulling on my under-armour.  "I'll be about five minutes"

I hear him sigh from outside the door. It's a bit rich that he's annoyed at my punctuality, considering he's the only teacher to have missed an entire class save for the last five minutes. I think in that lesson we spent the whole hour throwing paper balls at each other. It was fun.
"You know you haftae leave in half an 'our?"
"I'm fully aware" I sigh, now looking around for my shirt. It's in here somewhere.
"And you need tae choose who'll be going with ye"
"What?"
I was never told I needed to bring friends. I thought this journey was to be a convoy from the college, paid for by the college, and escorted by the college.
"You need to take two others tae go with ye. College tradition that the three gaels representing us have tae go alone."
I don't remember this. No-one told me this.
"Professor" I begin, now a little worried. "Three student girls will be traveling across Eorthston, alone?"
"As is tradition"
"During a time where the entire Commonwealth is marred by infighting"
"The commonwealth's issues are not our issues"
"And Banditry is at an all time high"
"Y....yes."
I open the door, dressed only in my underarmour, causing him to be a little startled as I tower over him in next to no clothes.
"Are you trying to get us killed?" I ask him, frowning.
"It's tradition" Says Angus, trying not to stare at me. "The best students at the college have to get nake- go to the wedding."
I decide to ignore his Freudian slip, but not without frowning a little.
"And you couldn't give us an escort?"
He shakes his head and looks down. "'Fraid not, Val. It'd be in official college documents, and that'd leave a mark on our history."
"And if we get killed on the way there?"
Angus shrugs, heaving the tip of his beard off the ground for a second. "Don't get kill't would be my advice."

I rest my weight on one leg. "So what you're doing really is signing a death warrant for me and two others?"
"I....No..."
"I'm not going" I say, turning around, being careful not to slap him across the face with my tail.
"But Valerie!" He begins, stepping forward. I turn around, not quite so carefully this time, now smacking the short man upside the head.
"You're our best Knight. We havetae send a knight!"
"Well find someone else, Wee man".
"There's no...wait. I have an idea."
"Go on?"
"Hire mercenaries. Along the way. There are tons of inns and the like, I'm sure you can find a bunch o' helpers. No rules against that".
"Mercenaries?"
"Yeah! Mercenaries" He boasts, standing proud like he's done something spectacular.
"Mercenaries? I repeat, making him look a little less proud. "The people who are famously untrustworthy and known for kidnapping travelers who hire them, in order to steal everything they have down the their clothes?"
He frowns as he considers this. Then he lights up again. "There will be three of you!" He reminds me, holding up three sausagey fingers as to demonstrate the meaning of 'three'. "Three students could easily overpower some greedy merc!"

I consider my options again. Travel through the world with nought but my college friends and uphold tradition, or don't get killed while doing exactly that.
I shift my weight from one foot to the other. "I'm not doing it." I tell him once more, now closing my door on him. He pulls his beard out from the door frame before I trap it in it.

"Well then" He says through the door. "Looks like we'll have to follow another college tradition?"
"The tradition of not getting students killed?"
"No, no...We'll have tae expel you."

This catches my ear and I yank the door open. The stout smug man is already walking down the corridor humming.
"Hey! Come back!" I shout, loudly enough that it attracts other students out their rooms. I'm too concerned right now about my future to really care that they're watching though.
"I'll...I'll do it, alright?"
He smiles at me, a smug smile that I'd gladly punch him for if he weren't the school's best miner with a punch like a dragon.
"Alright." He says. "Find you some friends, find you some money, and get moving."

He walks off, his boots thumping against the floor all the way down the corridor. Smug git. I take a moment to look at the other students, who are watching me with curious eyes. Each one falls back inside their door as my gaze meets theirs however.

All but one.

"So, Val - who are you choosing?"
The high-pitched voice belongs to Scarlett, the tiny Imp girl who's room is opposite mine.
"I don't know, Scarlett." I sigh. Scarlett leans in her doorway. "I feel like I'd be signing someone to death."

Scarlett looks me up and down. "What makes you worry so much?" She asks. "Just like short and hairy says - you're the best knight in the school!"
"And if I'm scared of doing the journey, imagine how anyone else would feel."
Scarlett looks at the back of her hand, spitting out a couple sparks with her palm.
"I could go with you, Scales" She says, looking back to me.
"You'd get killed, Scarlett." I sigh, looking down at the floor. The wooden paneling is already begging me to stay.
"Still" She says with a grin. "It's gotta be better than putting up with Mrs Charwood."
"Who?"
"You know. My pyromancy professor." She says, smirking. "Honestly, one more lesson with her and I might just set myself on fire to get a few days off!"
"She's that bad?"
"Have you ever met a woman who made summoning fire sprites boring? 'Cause I sure have!"

I look at Scarlett. She waits for an answer. In the background I notice one of the sparks she made earlier has caught on her robes. I chuckle - this is the third time this week.
"Alright, red." I say to her, making her grin. "You can come with me, if you're determined"
"Yes!" She says, jumping on the spot, thrusting her fist in the air, hitting the doorframe. She lands and starts nursing her fist mumbling "owowowow"
"Alright then" I say with a chuckle. "Go get ready, Scarlett. Your robes are on fire, by the way."
"Fire!" She yelps, spinning on the spot. The door shuts behind her, and I can hear the sounds of panic coming from behind it.

Who else could I take with me though? I sit down in my room, letting my own door creak shut behind me, blocking out Scarlett's panicky noises.
I consider my own skills - I'm quite strong, physically. I can take more than my fair shares of hits, as I found out at last years graduation after some kd picked a fight with my sister - she was the one graduating obviously, as a now a fully fledged Earth-summoner. After she had her earth sprite keep the kid trying to fight her away, it decided to take on me. She was quite apologetic after that, although it took her undergrad friend Erika (A Cleric) a good while to get me back to norm- Erika!
Of course! I burst out my bedroom, still in my nothing but my underarmour, and charge down the hallway toward the western halls.

* * *

"So you'll do it?" I ask, raising an eyebrow. "Just like that?"
Erika stands with her chest thrust forward, proud. "Of course I'll do it! For the good of the college!"
"Really?"
"Uh. Yeah. Why?"
"We might get killed."
"But I'm a cleric. She reminds me. "I heal people"
"You can't heal people if you're dead."
"So don't let me get killed."

I cock my hip and look at her, trying to make out if she's being serious. She looks at me with a face that expresses pride and confusion, like a cat who doesn't quite get why it's owner isn't happy with the dead-bird presented to them on their bed.
"Uh, okay then Erika. We'll be meeting in twenty minutes to leave"
"We?"
"Yeah, me, you, and Scarlett."
"Scarlett?"
"Yeah - the fire Imp girl"
She rolls her eyes. "My word, you're going to need one hell of a Cleric if you're bringing her! Ten Guineas says she's burnt herself bald again like last year!"
I think back to her setting her robes on fire mere minutes ago. I'm now concerned that she'll be greeting us with a shiny red hairless head.

"Okay then" I say again. "See you soon!"
She smiles as I leave. I can hear her sigh behind the door as I leave. I'd probably be sighing if I'd been sentenced to death. Well, I guess I am, and I have.

* * *

"You're all ready?" Angus asks us as we meet by the gate. By now I've got my armour on - one of the finest sets of Student's training armour, reinforced by the Blacksmithing professor. My training sword isn't quite so impressive - half-blunt and thin, and it's seen it's share of use. Still, if it lasted this long...
Erika is dressed in her apprentice robes, college standard. They're nothing too fancy, but they've been embedded with the power to increase one's healing spells - a skill all clerics learn early on. She has too, a small belt around her waist, with two revival potions (In case she gets taken out), a hip flask (In case she gets bored) and a small bag full of healing bits and pieces. She has a small dagger strapped across her backside, too.
Scarlett is wearing what was once a full set of Pyromancer's student robes, but has been significantly trimmed down. Scorch marks up the back would indicate this is the pair she set fire to earlier. Scarlett's skill with fire has lead to her also becoming quite skilled at sewing, knitting, and home economics. As well as having been repaired many times by her, their imbued with a power that makes her fires burn brighter. Now that we're outside she spreads her wings and embraces the fresh air, leaping into it and staying airborne.

ManaProject003.thumb.png.e1c3526e1edb0561a9f9bdd8f125bcd8.png

"We're ready!" I say, holding my sword in both hands, trying to look like I actually am. In my head I'm dreading this journey like nothing else - I'm basically wetting myself in fear. Angus doesn't seem to see how scared I am though, a fact I attribute to the fact I'm not actually losing control of anything quite yet.
"Just a couple of wee words" He says to us, opening a scroll that looks more than a little old. Before he begins speaking, a horse-drawn cart pulls through the college gateway, with loads of other girls loaded up.
"What's going on?" I ask. Before Angus can answer, a girl on the cart does.
"We're off to see the coronation!" The girl says. She's an elven girl, Gwendolyn. We've known each other since we both started at the college - she's studying to be a musketeer.
"Hold on, where are you going?" Pipes up another voice from on the cart. A Feline girl pokes her head over the top. This girl is Tabitha. I also know her fairly well, mostly because we keep finding her sleeping in strange places, not limited to the college roof, on top of my wardrobe, and in the stables. "Aren't you coming with us?"
"Yeah, we're going" Begins Erika, before I can. "It's tradition that we make our own way there though - three of the college's best girls."
"Why not make your own way onto the cart?" Tabitha shouts with a grin as the cart starts getting further away. Gwendolen pushes her in her arm.
"If any of you change your mind!" Shouts Gwen as the cart gets further. "We'd be happy to go instead!".
Tabitha shouts something else, but by now she's too far away, but it seems to be along the lines of 'yeah'. Maybe I'm just being hopeful.

We look at Angus, who seems a bit perplexed. He looks back to us.
"You could do that, ye know." He admits casually. "Traditionally, the three girls can swap with other girls from the college, in case one gets lost, or killed or-"
"Bored." Scarlett cuts in. Angus hesitates, but nods.
"Or bored." He looks back to me. "Now then, you have tae be ready for anythin'" He says. As he finishes his sentence another cart rolls through. This is clearly the Commonwealth's own cart, as evidenced by the cart's purely human group of passengers, and the bright red Commonwealth emblem's on each side, and the flag waving behind. The excited passengers are spitting up fire, ice shards, sparks and all sorts in celebration, including a couple of muskets.
"Hey!" Angus shouts. "You lot be careful with those guns!". He needn't bother though, they can't hear him, evidenced by the snap of another musket. Before we can realise what's quite happened, Scarlett falls on the floor with a gentle 'Thump'

"Scarlett?" I ask, turning around. She's lying on the floor in a least dignified way, with a fresh bullet wound in her throat, bleeding quite profusely.
"Oh c-crap..." I mumble starting to panic. "She's d-dead...oh, Good Mother, w-we're already d-down to two!...Angus, I-I-I can't do this!"
"Relax, Fang." Erika says to me, putting one hand on my forearm. She turns to the lifeless Scarlett - even the bleeding has stopped. Blue magic clouds begin to swirling about her hands, wisping around her palms. This cloud begins to grow and grow, until shortly Erika is almost clouded entirely in blue. I can just about make out her arms raise up, before a loud *SNAP*, and the blue cloud vanishes, leaving only Erika and Scarlett, still lying on the ground.
"Ack!...Haaack!" Scarlett moans, the wound in her neck now gone - as if nothing had ever happened. No blood, no scarring - nothing. She clambers to her feet, flapping her wings and knocking Erika over.
"W-what was - hackkkk! - What was that?" She spits, holding her neck with one hand. She keeps coughing as she stands up, staggering a little.
"Just a bullet wound" Erika says, very matter of factly, as she too stands up. "You got shot in the neck."
I don't get how Erika can be so calm - my heart is still racing like it never has. At least if I have a heart attack, Erika's here to help.
"J-just a bullet wound, Erika?" I shout, dropping my sword. "She was dead!"
"I thought I felt a bit funny" Scarlett mumbles.
"And now she's not." Erika points out. "Bullet wounds are my specialty!"
"She...she was dead.." I say, still looking at Scarlett. She's looking at me like I'm the weird one though.
"Wow..." Scarlett says, still rubbing her throat. "I wouldn't recommend that!" She looks to Erika. "Thanks!" She says.
"No worries!" Erika grins. "Now then, let's get going." She says. Then she turns to me. "And calm down, Valerie. You look like you might have a heart attack - and I can only cast that revival spell three times a day before it exhausts me."

I take a moment to catch my breath. Angus hands me his flask of water, which helps a decent amount - though he's not too pleased when I hand him it back empty.
"The whole thing, Valerie? Really?"
I nod, and wipe the drips of my mouth, still shaking. "N-now, anything else we should know?"
"Yeah." Scarlett begins. "Keep calm."
"Angus?" I ask, trying to ignore Erika.
"Yeah. None of you can re-enter the college once you begin, and you must be completely clean when you meet the new Queen. So have a bath before the ceremony."
I nod, and the three of us begin to make our way down the path. I take the lead, followed by Erika. Scarlett hovers about and mostly stays above us, trying to keep active.

* * *

"The first stop is the town of Littlhove" I tell the two girls as we walk. The path is nought but a plain dirt path, with dense forestry on either side. "You've all been there, right?"
Both girls nod.
"Great." I say, looking up from my map, which I fold up again. Erika casts her carriage spell and transports the map to her own personal little realm. "You could have used your bag" I say, trying to sound unimpressed. I can almost hear her eyes rolling.
"Hey, um, girls?" Comes Scarlett's voice from behind us.
"What's up, red?" I ask, as we both turn around, to see that she's lagging behind a decent amount. She's got one hand raised to get our attention, and she's hobbling a little.
"I, uhh....Can we stop for a bit?" She says, trying to be subtle.
"Why?" I ask. "Is something wrong?"
"I...I need to pee."
"Why didn't you go at college?"
"I....I was too excited..." She says, blushing.
"So go behind a bush" I tell her, turning back and stepping forward.
"But there are a bunch of animals out here! It's dangerous!"
"Hold it in!" Erika says. "A full bladder's good for casting magic!"
"What?" I ask, turning to her
"Seriously!" Erika says. "The fuller your bladder, the stronger your spells are"
"S-she's right..." Scarlett moans. "I'm feeling pretty powerful right now!"
"So hold it then." I tell her, turning back to look at her.
"But I really need to go!"
I dig my claws into the dirt. "Look, do or don't, but don't make a song and dance about it" I tell her. It's too late for the dance part though - she's bobbing side to side in an unmistakable pee-dance.
"I...uhh....W-what should I do, girls? I want to go, but I might need the extra power!"

ManaProject004.thumb.png.c331d14b5165cfc49e58ab93a6d76ac1.png

A) "Hold it till we get to Littlhove. We might need you at your best, in case we get hit by something - there's a lot of wild animals here - you can pee when we reach an inn."
B) "Wait till we're just outside Littlehove, then go in a bush. We're gonna need you at your strongest, but you don't look like you'll make it the whole way to town.
C) "Just pee behind a bush. I'm sure we can deal with any animals."
D) "Sit here and go at the side of the road, we'll keep an eye out for any animals."
E) Other

Don't tell anyone I miscounted the votes...Shhh...
There will be frequent opportunities to change the group however, so don't be too down if you didn't get who you wanted!

Additional note - do you prefer Valerie with Lizard eyes or human eyes?

Magical power is based on one's concentration and alertness. And you're pretty alert when your bladder's about to blow.

While you're here, Mr. Ninja - just take a quick look at the website you're currently on - This should help explain the number of pee-related posts you've been seeing recently

"I...uhh....W-what should I do, girls? I want to go, but I might need the extra power!"

I look at Scarlett, who is dancing side to side and shifting her legs. She's blushing as she looks pleadingly at us for advice.
"I'd hold it" Erika says. "An extra magic boost could save your life, even if it could mean having a little accident."
"Yeah, the magic boost seems like it'll be most useful" I confirm.
"Aw...come on....I'm sure it'd be fine if I just stop and..."
"No, the magic might come in handy." Erika says, now with some conviction. "Right now you look a whole level stronger than what you usually would be."
"You can go when we reach Littlhove." I remind her. "It's not too far from here."

Scarlett smirks at the idea of being more powerful. Though her smirk quickly morphs back into her concerned look of I really need to pee soon. I nod at her, and we keep walking through the forest.

Scarlett's moaning gets louder and more frequent as we walk along. She's gone from floating most of the way, to lumbering on foot, with a hand between her legs, sometimes inside her robes, sometimes out. Occasionally she'll pick herself off the ground with her wings and fly for a short bit with both hands clamped between her, but she shortly lands so that she can moan a little more.

"G-girls?" Comes Scarlett's voice from behind us. She sounds quite concerned and very urgent. "C-couldn't I stop now? I-I need to go so baad!"
"Imagine how much more powerful than usual you are then!" Erika reminds her. "I bet you could save us from any threat!"
"I mean yeah...b-b-but I could do that anyway! Right now I need to...unn..."
"Just hold it, Red" I tell her. "We'll be there soon."
"That's easy for you, Scales!" She moans back at me. "I'm half your size! That means I've got half the bladder!"
"Much less than half" Erika cuts in. "We all remember what happened at last years Christmas party, Scar."
"H-hey!"
"Three times in about half an hour, it was impressive!" Erika giggles.
"I don't know how much m-more I can hold it..." Scarlett moans again.

The forest itself is mostly quiet, with most wildlife turning and fleeing at the sight of us three - even if a third of us is having a childish accident as we walk along. A number of wooden fences wall off buildings, with a longer, taller one in the middle-distance, just visible through the trees, that walls of the village of Littlhove itself.

A short while passes with Scarlett moaning and grunting while dragging herself along slowly behind us. As we walk, Scarlett's moaning quite quickly becomes more rapid and short.
"Haah, haah...G-guys? I d-don't know how much longer I can....hnnn!"
She's interrupted by her own moaning, and then that's cut off by a short hiss and the sound of liquids splattering into the dirt.
A tiny leak from the tiny red girl, but in the quiet of the forest it sounds like a waterfall. I turn to look at her, arms between her legs, and a tiny few drops situated under her now damp backside. She's still stood up, but only barely. A thin yellow bead makes its way down her right leg.
"I think it might be time for her to pee." I say to Erika. Erika turns to look at our leaking Imp friend.
"Hmm...maybe." She says, considering. "Scarlett, let go for a second or two. Then keep holding the rest"
"W-what!?" Scarlett shouts, before bending over and going back to moaning.
"Just go a little bit in your robes." Erika reiterates. "Don't let it all out though."
"Eri, I-I'm not going to deliberately piss myself!"
"Just let her pee, Erika" I say to her. She looks around.
"No, keep holding it." Erika says, pointing down the road. "That sign there says we're nearly at Littlhove now."
"H-how far?" Scarlett whimpers.
"Quarter of a mile. Nothing really" Erika says.
Scarlett drips out another few drips, then decides that she better fly the rest of the way.

ManaProject005.thumb.png.0699eb9a8bb4d2276f69866650c84f29.png

With Scarlett now being airborne, she should be able to hold it a little better. She flies bent over slightly, with both hands between her increasingly wet thighs. Occasionally, more drips make their ways out, accompanied by moans and grunts, though as of yet Scarlett doesn't look like she's wet herself in any capacity. I'm sure her underwear is stained fairly dark, and I can see her damp red skin where streaks have made their ways down, but her clothes are still entirely dry.
"H-how much longer now?" Scarlett asks. She's got one hand inside her robes, trying to hold on as best she can.
"We're here!" Erika says. "We're at the outside wall now, which means the entrance must be...."
"Here." I finish for her, as we turn around an opening in the wooden fence and into the cobbled streets of Littlhove.
"Finally!" Scarlett whimpers, dropping to her slightly-wet feet and bolting down the cobbled roads, leaving the occasional drip on the floor as she goes past. Me and Erika give chase, picking up our speed to a jog to chase her down. Scarlet's pretty fast for a girl her size, though I suppose that's normal for Imps like her.

"C-come on!" Scarlett shouts to us from the inn. She's decided that this will be the best place for us to decide where to go next, and also for her to find a toilet. We can just about make out drips hitting the floor around her every few seconds, as she stands with her hands between her legs.
"What're you waiting for?" Erika shouts back as we hurry over to her. Scarlett nods, turns around, and bursts through the inn door. We're shortly in there with her.

"T-toilet!" Scarlett shouts to the barman. The barman frowns at her.
"Only for paying customers! I just told you!"
"I-I'll pay to use the toilet!" She shouts back. By now she's tilting her head back with her eyes closed as she dribbles onto the floor.
I push her aside with one claw. "We'll take three ales, please" I say to the barman. He eyes me and Scarlett again, but has to accept.
"Toilets are over there" He says, pointing toward a door. Scarlett bursts through it before he can turn back to me.
"Three ales, was it?" He confirms. I nod.

ManaProject006.thumb.png.4b995c0c7d4b5305ca8ad93ef71df123.png

Me and Erika find a table and sit down with our drinks. Erika takes a sip from hers and winces.
"I usually prefer mead" She says to me. "You should have got mead."
"Did you see the state of poor Scarlett? She's about to wet herself."
"What do you mean about to? Did you see the wet stain on her robes? She's too late now, she might as well give up and just go in them."
I take a drink from my ale. We leave Scarlett's ale in the middle of the table for her when she gets back.
"Anyway" I carry on. "Given how often she sets her robes on fire, it makes sense that for once she'll be putting them out."
Erika smirks.

Meanwhile in the toilets, Scarlett's not having so much luck. There's two cubicles, one is out of order on account of some prankster leaving a self-replicating wind-rune trap that blows prospective users across the bathroom, and the other has someone using it. Scarlett moans loudly, holding onto herself with both hands.
"Excuse m-me, c-could you hurry up in there!" Scarlett moans. "I really have to-"
"You'll have to wait." Comes a voice from the cubicle. "I won't be a moment."
Scarlett crashes her body against the cubicle door.
"Hnnnn!!"
"Hold on." Comes the voice again. But Scarlett can't hold on any longer.
She's been leaking for almost half an hour, her bladder has been past it's limit, and now it can't stand it any longer. As hard as she tries, Scarlett can't stop it all coming out as her bladder muscles give way.

The dripping and splattering fall silent for a moment, and the streaks down either leg seem to slow down, though just for a second. Quickly, the dripping is replaced, now with a sharp hissing and the pattering of water onto the stone tile floor as her bladder completely gives out. Scarlett closes her eyes and whimpers once more as warm fluid cascades out of her and down her legs, collecting beneath her in an immediate puddle. It runs through her fingers and over her palm, outside her hands and down her thighs. Her dark robes become darker as they soak up the fresh urine jetting out of her, and what can't be soaked up continues to pour down her legs, wrapping around them. The streaks weave between her knees and ankles as the shape of her legs dictates a change in the flow. Her sandals are no defence against the waterfall that's pouring over them, letting hot urine flow under and over their straps, and then over Scarlett's feet. On her left foot the streams run over them and straight through her toes, pooling faster around her foot. She lifts her other leg in an attempt to limit the damage, but it's too little too late. Instead, the dripping and splashing gets louder as more drips fall from her soaked thigh and onto the tiled ground below. Her red skin glistens in the candlelight as more and more pee runs down it.
She'd come so close to a toilet, and yet here she was, uncontrollably peeing in her clothes as if she were still a child. She blushes at the thought. An adult, wetting themselves at the toilet like she was. At least she can take comfort in the heat and the relief it's bought. The relief hits in a wave, starting down at her toes, and running up her back, causing her to moan in delight as it hits her shoulders. She rests her head against the stall door as she finishes wetting herself, now deliberately. She sighs as the last few drips make their way down her legs.

ManaProject007.thumb.png.950f26a4b4e44c1f18917745e9ccc594.png

There's a moment of silence in the bathroom as she stands, panting, over the fresh puddle.
"Is everything okay?" Comes the voice from in the cubicle. "Only there's a puddle coming from under the door."
"Y-yeah..." Scarlett sighs. "Everything's fine. I don't need to go any more..."
The voice in the toilet groans in a mix of resignation and mild disgust, as a now elated and relieved Scarlett makes her way out of the toilet and towards our table, with a grin on her face and a wet patch on the front of her robes.

"You've been to the bathroom then, Scarlett?" Erika asks. Scarlett sits down between us, squishing slightly as her soaking robes make contact with the chair.
"Y-yeah..." She mumbles. "I guess you could say that."
"We should have let her pee in the forest." I tell Erika. Erika shrugs. I turn over to Scarlett. "Do you have any clean clothes to change in to?"
"Umm..." She begins. "I've got my PJs." She carries on thinking. "Other than them....no."
"Why didn't you bring any more?" Erika asks. Scarlett shrugs.
"Don't worry, we can pick you something up in the town here." I tell them both. "But for now we need to decide where to go next." I push Scarlett's Ale to her and she takes a drink.

"There are Three ways we can go from here." I tell the other two. "Each one is mostly safe, but they offer different things."

1) "We can go through Watchtower. It's a human village, famed for their weapon smithing. I could pick up a spear or a sword from there, in case the journey gets dangerous ahead, and we could get you two a dagger each. Although there are rumours of some upstart bandit group between here and there."

2) "The second option is Tra'dahn. This is a small Feline outpost, and it's the furthest away of the three. The Feline there are traders, and we could probably get a few useful supplies at a lower price than the other two places. That said, Feline traders are notorious for then trying to rob you of what they've just sold you"

3) "Option three is Oldhill, a human/elf town. They've got a large inn that the university will be going through, so we could meet up with the others. Plus, the large inn will probably have a mercenary for hire, and we could certainly use one. Only issue with this place is that there's a growing faery dwelling, and there are rumours of the faeries trying to attack travelers.

"So which way should we go?"

Additionally - what should Scarlett's new clothes look like?

1. Scarlette should wear a t-shirt (if they exist in this universe) and a slightly shorter than knee length skirt.

Also, can I ask for a bit more clarification on the magic system?  How does magic power affect more binary results (for example, will Erika's revival spell gain any boosts while she has a full badder)?  How does magic power scale (is it more linear or exponential)? Do all spells have a "can cast 'x' times before I am exhausted"?

Sorry if it looks like I'm interrogating you.

I don't think it's that complex...
