This looks lime it might be inspired by the movie Bad Girls from Valley high which has a similar side plot related to a girl magically developing incontinence and buying adult diapers.

How ever did you find this?

Completely by chance : a (finnish) friend was home, we wanted to watch a horror movie and she found it on YT after typing something like "finland horror movie english subtitles". Shethen  told me that she found the "diaper-backstory" quite weird, unaware of my own feelings when I saw it! :)

Nice, I miss the old online database of wetting and peeing scenes in movies :(

That was literally my IMDB for a while...

Oh my, yes indeed. That was an awesome thing. Oh... Back in the days when the internet was still young and full of possibilities...

@TheNameIsLita That was a nice find, simple as it is. And that definately was an ABDL brand of diapers

I wonder if the filmmaker is an ABDL, because given the "mainstream" aspect of the movie, the girl's choice of buying very crinkly Betterdry instead of some basic Depend underwear is indeed surprising! I think that young people dealing with bladder issues would never wear tape-on/brief-style diapers IRL, now that more discreet protections do exist :)

Excellent find. They even added crinkling sound effects when she walks starting at 40:05

Amazing, I didn't notice those sounds!

Hi everyone! This is officially my first post here.

I'm sorry to lift up this very old topic, but it honestly peaked my interest for obvious reasons: I am a Finn myself ?

I'm not usually very big fan of independent movies but this one really got me some how. It's a bit slow but there's definitely enough to make it a decent watch.

What it comes to wetting / diaper stuff, it's one of the best I've ever seen in "real movies" (that's not abdl porn, that is).

I may have an explanation how come they chose to get BetterDry from all the brands. In Finland we don't actually have adult diapers in stores. You either need to get them given to you from the hospital, or you have to buy them online. In the end credits there's a special thanks to some Finnish retailer who actually sells BetterDry brand. I wonder if there's some product placement going on.

I agree it's not very realistic that a girl of that age would have bought that kind of diapers for bedwetting/daywetting. Considering the actress's and film makers ages (according to IMDB they were somewhere around 25 while making this film) it's likely they don't actually know too much about incontinence and it's simply involved as a plot element. It's very much just a refference and not the point of the film.

However...

I actually have reasons to believe that the main actress actually might be an abdl. According to film's introduction video in their YouTube channel, it's made very clear that it was her idea to involve these elements in the film (the director stating "it became very different story I had originally in mind"). She's even listed as the another writter and associate producer of the film. The biggest proof that she's an abdl is that she's clearly WEARING a diaper in some of the scenes! Why would she want to do that if it's not even showing? Because she wanted to, right? ? Also, I'd assume that if someone who is not used to wear a diaper, they wouldn't seem so "okay" or even comfortable with it so quickly as she seems to be. To me it seems that she's definitelly familiar with the feeling of wearing a diaper.

Good thing she's such a dolly to the eye. Her acting isn't the best, though. Her dialogue is very wooden for native Finn?

Expected the referenced timestamps to be quick throw-away references for a gag as usual, but was surprised to find it's a major focus for the entire movie.

I think it's clear she's already wearing a diaper right after she brings them home at the 28 min scene - she crinkles as she gets up to answer the door, and turns Noora away to hide that she is, having forgotten she had invited her earlier due to the traumatic event. She also crinkles as she gets up to grab the bag at 33 min - so likely taking them to hide somewhere (or maybe for a change? 😉). I'd argue it's heavily implied she's wet when she wakes up at the 39 min mark as the previous dream sequence caused the earlier bet-wetting incident (and likely remains wet until 44 min with no implied change) I mean, she was pounding that coffee! Another interesting point is there is no crinkle during the dream-sequence itself.

This is probably the closest you can get to a mainstream incontinence/diaper movie with a female lead - add in a few wetting/changing scenes and it would be no surprise to find on a pay-site. Nice find!

Skeptical on there being an unrated version if this was only released on Youtube, would imagine only a select few that worked on the movie itself would have access to it - if it's even true.

Thank you for finding this! I liked the movie. I expected it to be more like traditional horror movie like The Ring. Suprisingly this had very well-thought and touching story. It could have been a little bit shorter, but it's well worth of your time (and not just to see diaper references).

==== Now SPOILERS! I want to talk about the ending! ====

I thought "the final reveal" was very smart and realistic. It is a known fact that diurnal and nocturnal enuresis are the most common regression symptoms of children that have been sexually abused. It's uncommon for adults, but I think the point is that she was forced to face the consequences of something she forgot as a child. Her body was reliving the past as her mind was trying deal with her supressed memories (this reminded me a lot of Stephen King stories)

In a way it made sense that she would want to wear actual diapers instead of more "grown up" protection like pads or pull-ups. Maybe it was meant to hint that this is not an oridinary adult incontinence? (This is just me theorising. It could also be that it was just for aesthetics or product placement).

I don't usually like stories that use something as serious as sexual abuse as a plot element, but this one did it with a respect as it was the main focus of the movie. I wonder if this was a personal story of someone involved (hope not)?

From IMDB

"The unrated version of the film shows the main character Emma posing in adult diapers after incident in the park. While the version widely available shows Emma simply caring a pack of adult diapers in her apartment, the unrated version of the scene includes her opening the package and looking herself on the mirror while wearing one. Emma is then shown trying a several pants over the diaper as an attempt to hide it. The scene has a melancholy tone. The scene was cut from the original YouTube release due to YouTube's restrictions. The version also contains longer smoking scene at the main character's balcony."

Call me sceptical, I find it hard to believe there is an  "unrated" version of an independent movie. That quote on IMDB sounds something like "bridal diaper" or  Catholic girls wearing diaper under their dresses in their first communion, which are both irl just fetish fantasies turned into urban legends by some persistent individuals.

Also, IMDB's technical info says movie's original run time is 64 minutes, which is actually one minute less than the version on YouTube. So unless there's something added instead, I highly doubt there's any scenes cut out.

I highly doubt such a version does really exist.
