This might work. Make a list of things you like doing -playing a game-listening to an album-watching a programme or whatever and the challenge yourself to do as many as possible before visiting the bathroom. Make the list long so you will be bursting before you complete it and see how far you get before desperation strikes. When things get urgent continue the task until the dam bursts.
