How many times do you usually wake up at night to pee? Has it changed at all over the years?

So lately i noticed that i kinda tend to wake up to pee more. I never really had this before and i'm scared. Don't know why it's happening, and there are cases, where i wake up to pee (again) but only a small sprout comes out. So basically i just feel the need, but technically i don't need to. And i can't sleep normally while i feel this need. Sometimes i have dreams where i pee but then i wake up (and fortunately i didn't wet myself). I would say that i have a slight paranoia about wetting the bed (which i don't want to at all). I even get annoyed that even after i wipe my penis, it tends to stain (a little) my under ware (or PJs). Don't know it it's connected to my mental health tho. I'm still in my exam period which is a bit easier than the previous semester. Plus when i'm stressing my bowel seems to work more, but that's just how i am i guess. pls guys help, i'm scared.

Say you love outdoor exercise, such as jogging or running, although it often makes you leak or worse. You want to hydrate without worries, but dislike having protection, like a thick pad between your thighs. You'd probably be most comfortable wearing shorts that would hide wetness, even if some severe flooding were to happen. Even black shorts would still glisten when wet. An ideal solution would be to wear normal underwear and on top of that, a pair of shorts with a waterproof PU coating on the inside of the fabric, but where to get such? And an alternative question is: Have you tried waterproofing pants? I'd love to hear your ideas. I'm almost shamed to admit I once tried to use a shoe wet block spray on pants, but of course that didn't do much good...

Well, I CAN feel the urge to pee, and really badly, but after a while, pretty much when I get to the point where, I feel like I'm about to "WET MYSELF" it kind of goes away? I needed to pee so bad, my brother said there was no bathroom (THAT WAS USABLE) so I kept holding it, which I shouldn't have done, and just peed earlier like he told me, but it just went away, and then, like an hour later I just starting PEEING? Without even feeling a thing at all? My question is, is losing the feeling, and then peeing like that without an urge NORMAL? OR AN ISSUE? OR IT'S NORMAL FOR SOME?

I'm going to get really transparent for a bit. Whenever I drink coffee, it always irritated my bladder, and can cause me to have accidents.I don't even like how it tastes. I think it tastes really bad, and I can usually only tolerate it if it's really diluted with something else. For some reason I forgot that, and decided to drink a few cups this morning. A few hours later, I felt a strong and sudden pressure in my bladder, and before I could do anything, I felt my underwear getting wet. Luckily I managed to hold the rest of it in, and prevented further damage. I changed my underwear, and there was a golf ball sized wet spot on the front of my underwear. Luckily just enough to dampen my underwear, and not go through to my pants. I rinsed out the underwear, and hung them up to dry out in my bedroom. I thought that was the end of it, silly me, because maybe an hour and a half later the same thing happens again. This time the urge was so strong that I had to hold it as hard as I could, and get to the bathroom as fast as I could. Luckily I avoided totally wetting myself, and rinsed out those undies too. It seems to have stopped now, but as I write this there's 2 pairs of soggy tighty whiteys drying out on the other side of the room.

Hey guys. Once again its been a while. Lately I've been visiting the site and just 'lurking' but not really partaking in any omo fun. That changed on a whim today. Lately ive been on a detox kick, trying different supplements, etc. This morning I drank a large mug of dandelion root tea, roughly 24oz worth and got the idea in my head to break in some of my newer pairs of jeans that I've never wet in. So that just what I did. I waited desperately til I had the house to myself, sat in a cast iron chair outside on our patio and released my bladders contents. I'd forgotten how the tea made it so much harder to hold just a small amount of pee. see pics below. I have another pair of jeans to 'break in' so I'm gonna do a longer hold. Seeing as I have lots of empty smart water bottles laying around, I'll be using those to measure intake. I may record a video of the wetting as well if anyone would like to see it. I'm not a particularly attractive or skinny girl...as you can probably tell... I just figure its about time to give back, ya know.
