You stand up, slowly arising from the floor. As you look around you see long stone hallways lit by blue flames. This place feels vaguely familiar, but you can't exactly remember how. You decide to wander around this place, walking through the cobbled halls. A distant sound of running water fills your ears as you continue onwards. Walking down a nearby flight of stairs the sounds grow louder. At the bottom of these stairs is a room. This room has a large birdbath in the center, the walls are lined with mahogany bookshelves, and behind the central birdbath is a small woman. She walks towards you, bowing. "Welcome back my master." She says, looking back up straight. "This is your heirloom, the Rain Abyss. Now, allow me to remind you how it works. Last time you were here you could barely walk on your own, so I doubt you remember." She explains. "This right here," she says touching the birdbath. "This is your portal to another realm. A realm of countless heroes, endless rain, and infinite possibilities. Master, you are the only one capable of entering that world from here, as well as the only one who can draw other heroes into it. The heroes you draw in are people from all different realities and times. Now then. Allow me to explain what goes on when you enter there. Once you enter the Rain Abyss you will be capable of travelling to different places with a small group of your collected heroes. Your goal is to defeat whatever you find lurking within there to gather Abyss Points. Abyss Points are a valuable resource, capable of crafting new weapons, granting new skills, or summoning new heroes. That covers the basic attributes of the Rain Abyss itself, but there's one last thing I need to explain. The people you summon, these people will be your only way to protect yourself in the Rain Abyss for you are nothing but a tactician. Each person you gather has multiple "Slots" so to speak which you can use and change. These slots come in many different forms; Weapon Slots, Skill Slots A, B, C, and S, and Passive Slots A, B, and C. Weapons are their basic form of combat, being used to attack foes. Weapons have durability however, so when one breaks you will have to switch it out. Skills are heroes' way of attacking, supporting, and defending other than with their weapons. Each skill has its own attributes, so look over them carefully. And Passives are effects that activate all on their own. Weapons, Skills, and Passives all come in two main types; Personal, and Inheritable. Personal ones cannot be given to other characters, while Inheritables can be given to others when you sacrifice a hero. The last thing to mention about these are how to obtain them. Weapons, Skills, and Passives can be bought for Abyss Points after each battle. Weapons will have to be rebought every so often to keep using them, but Skills and Passives are one-time buys." She explains. "Now, why don't you go in?" You dip your head into the water, and then you suddenly begin to fall slowly. Eventually you land, emerging in a ruined castle hall. Through the broken ceiling you can see a tall tower in the distance. On a table next to you is an ornate book, and three small crystal looking devices. The crystal is a deep grey, surrounded in gold carvings, and the book has the title "Summoning and Stats". You begin to read through the book. "People found in the Rain Abyss have five different statistics that allow you to help choose who to bring along with you on missions. Hp determines the total amount of damage a character can sustain before dying. Atk determines the amount of damage dealt with weapons. Spd determines turn order, and if a character has five more spd than their target when attacking, they attack twice. Def determines how much damage is taken from physical weapons. And Res determines how much damage is taken from magical weapons. Characters will level up as they defeat foes, gaining additions to their stats. To summon a hero, just pick up a summoning stone, choose a focus banner of heroes, whisper either "Red", "Blue", "Green" or "Grey", and then throw it forwards. As the crystal smashes a hero will appear. Focus banners change what characters can or will appear, as well as having a select set of heroes with much higher rates of being picked. The hero will have a corresponding weapon type to the chosen color. Red weapons beat Green, Green beat Blue, and Blue beat Red, with Grey weapons remaining neutral. If a character has a weapon type advantage over another, they will deal an extra 1.5x damage. However, they will deal 1.5x less damage if they have a weapon type disadvantage." 「You pick up the three summoning stones, and begin to throw them. What colors will you pick for each? Respond with a choice for all three. The first focus banner has been predecided.」 「Voting Period ends on November 6th」
