  1. I had tried this topic before, but something happened like some of my responses wouldn't post until after others had replied, so I'll try this one more time. This may not work because I don't know how realistic this scenario really is, but it's worth a try. As some of you may know, boys can generally get in and out of the bathrooms pretty quickly (sometimes as quickly as 20 or 30 seconds), but it's not as easy for girls because there might be a long line and you don't know what's going on. They have to undo pants, and don't know if they have to do #1 or #2 or both. At the very least, you can pretty much guarantee that it will take each girl a minimum of a minute to get into the stall, do their business, and exit the stall. You may also know that some schools may not let people be late to school or a given class, or use the bathroom during class. So, I thought I'd spell out the general rules before asking questions for the interactive story. 1) There are five minutes between classes, and 50 minute class periods. 2) Can’t be late, and can’t use the restroom during class without some sort of disciplinary action, and asking the teacher to use the restroom before class will not work. 3) There are three toilets available in each girls bathroom (and there are either two or three total sets of restrooms in the building, not counting the nurse's restroom or the gym locker rooms. Exact number will be determined later). 4) There are at least 800 students in this school (and at least 400 of them are girls). There may be more depending on what we decide the grade distribution is (see below). 5) There is a tall, skinny blonde girl (probably more than one) that really needs to pee during one of the passing periods between classes. 6) This girl in question arrives at the restroom closest to her next class somewhere between the 1 and 2 minute mark (probably closer to the 2 minute mark) of break time (meaning there are about 3 or 4 minutes to go before the next class). Here is the first group of questions for the interactive part: Now, this is the first group of questions for the interactive part. 1) What should this girl's name be? 2) What is the age and grade of this girl (should be between 11 and 18 years of age, and between grades 6 and 12)? 3) What is the grade range of this school (for example 6th grade only, 7th/8th grade only, 9th through 12th grade, or even 6th grade through 12th grade)? I think the grade range should be at least 2 or 3 grades. 4) What is she wearing on that particular day? 5) On a scale of 1 to 10, how desperate is she to pee (or to put it another way, how full is her bladder)? 6) How many girls are ahead of her in line, and how desperate do they look? (Remember that there are only three toilets available in each girls bathroom. Also remember that there are only five minutes between classes and that they can't be late and also can't use the bathroom during class). Later on, I can get into other decisions, such as whether or not she has a spare set of clothes, or whether cutting in line is okay, or to pee in a trash can, sink, or on the floor. But these constraints and questions should make for a good starting point.
  2. (Disclaimer before I begin: It is very unlikely that this exact scenario will play out in a school setting, but not necessarily impossible. It's probably more likely that a girl would be desperate to pee and have 3 or 4 girls ahead of her in line, but I tweaked it because i don't think that's interesting enough). As you may know from my previous blog entries, I am looking to create some interesting examples of situations where some girls in a middle school or high school are desperate to pee, but can't go during class, and can't be late. Supposedly, 5 minutes is enough time to go to the bathroom and get to class on time (1 or 2 minutes to use the bathroom, 1 or 2 minutes to get to the locker, and 1 minute leeway). The schedule is set up where there are seven 50-minute class periods, and there are 5 minutes between classes, and lunch is either between 4th and 5th hours or between 5th and 6th hours. The school is set up to where there is a main wing with two floors (one set of bathrooms on each floor) and an annex wing with one floor (with a set of bathroom). This grade configuration is 9 through 12 and there are about 2,000 students in this school (about 1,000 girls). The two buildings are connected, so that no one has to go outside to get from one building to the other. There are three sets of restrooms overall, with the following configuration: 1) Main wing--first floor (boys bathroom has 5 urinals and 2 toilets, girls bathroom has 7 toilets), one the end closest to the intersection between the main building and the annex building. 2) Main wing--second floor (boys bathroom has 2 urinals and 1 toilet, girls bathroom has 3 toilets), and these bathrooms are directly above the bathrooms on the first floor.. 3) Annex wing--boys bathroom has 3 urinals and 2 toilet, girls bathroom has 5 toilets, and these bathrooms are on the far end of the annex building, relative to the intersection between the two buildings. Some schools are set up differently than others, but this seems to be interesting to me, because there is more of a potential for a bathroom lineup. Let's face it. Boys can generally unzip, take out their penises, pee, and zip back up within a minute or less in some situations, and the only real problem boys face is when they hae to do #2. Plus, they are probably more likely able to hold it for longer periods of time than girls because they have a penis (so have "some" control over their bladder). But girls frequently have to pee more often, and when they are desperate, they can't hold it for as long because they don't have a penis, and instead their pee domes out through a hole called the vagina, and it's harder to control. Plus, they have to enter the stall, take down their pants, pee, pull up their pants, and exit the stall. This means that on average, it would probably take a girl 2 or 3 times as long to pee as it would a guy. Lastly, there are times where some buildings have less facilities for the girls to use than the boys, even though potty parity laws may be in place at some places that they should be the same as for the boys (or even twice as many for the girls as for the guys in some places). All of this has the potential to add up to onger lines. And before we go into the details, they aren't allowed to cut in line, regardless of desperation, and they aren't allowed to pee on the floor, sink, trash can, water bottle, desk, or chair, or things like that and it is very unusual for any of them to have a spare set of clothes to change in available, so we'll assume they don't. So they'll either pee in a toilet, or can't make it and pee in their pants. Also assume it will take each girl at least a minute to do their business, and we'll keep it simple with everyone needing to only pee, even though in real life, that's not very likely. Assume also that asking a teacher before class to use the bathroom and possibly come in late will not work and will only make them later, and trying a different restroom because the line is too long will not work because she'll have to travel down this way again, and the line will probably be just as long in the other bathrooms. And using the boys bathroom to avoid the line is not an option either. So there is a girl that we'll call Elizabeth, a 14 year old freshman who is wearing light blue jeans, so if she pees her pants, it will probably be noticeable the rest of the day, and she does not have a spare set of clothes with her at school. She is shaking to tears near the end of her third period class (which is on the second floor) because she has to pee so bad, but can't leave the room until the dismissal bell rings (and her lunch period isn't until after fourth or maybe fifth period). For what it's worth, her locker is right next to the set of bathrooms on the second floor, and her next class is two classrooms away from this bathroom (on the far side relative to where she is coming from). But the locker will not come into play because she already has the stuff she needs for her next class. Right before the dismissal bell rings, she grabs all her stuff and gets right to the door, and as soon as the bell rings, she runs down the hall trying to get to a bathroom as soon as possible. Unfortunately for her, they are on the opposite side of the building on the second floor, and by the time she gets there, she is somewhere between 1 or 2 minutes into passing time (we'll call it 1 1/2 minutes, so she has about 3 1/2 minutes left, and she needs at least 20 or 30 seconds to get from the bathroom to her next class). Because her next class is still on the second floor, trying to go downstairs to the bathroom with more toilets is not very time efficient, which means she pretty much needs to use this bathroom with only three toilets during this break. If she didn't have to pee, she'd probably get to her next class on time with no problems. How bad is her desperation to pee? Let's call it a 9.5 out of 10 on the desperation scale of 1 to 10, meaning that her bladder is close to full capacity and she is probably 5 minutes or less from peeing her pants as of the time she enters the bathroom. So she is about to pee her pants, and when she enters the bathroom, there are 7 girls ahead of her in line, plus the 3 girls currently in the stalls. She is basically in tears and crossing her legs, bending over, and other things to try to hold it in until she's at the front of the line. Some of the girls ahead of Elizabeth in line do appear to be "somewhat desperate" in that some of of them are crossing their legs, but none of them appear to be quite as desperate as Elizabeth. But barring something crazy like a fire alarm going off, or a surprise tornado or other emergency drill (which will not happen in this scenario), each of the girls in front of her is probably going to take their place in line and wait it out (because they either won't be punished for being late this particular time, or aren't afraid to accept the consequences), so the line of 7 will remain a line of 7 until some of the girls exit their stalls so others can enter. If Elizabeth is late (or has to go to the bathroom) during her next class, she will receive a 30 minute classroom detention. A bathroom line is ONLY a valid excuse for being late if one of more of the bathrooms is closed down, OR one or more of the toilets is stopped up (or non-functional), and that's what causes the long lineup, and that will be communicated to all teachers and administrators if that is the case. For this scenario, we will assume that all bathrooms and toilets are running and functional. The order of the line is based on when each girl actually enters the bathroom (or the line outside the bathroom, if the line spills out into the hallway). So the order of the lineup when Elizabeth enters the bathroom is as follows: 1) Angie (18 year old senior, desperation 5 out of 10) 2) Brandy (17 year of senior, desperation 6 out of 10) 3) Caitlin (17 year old junior, desperation 7 out of 10) 4) Jennifer (16 year old junior, desperation 7.5 out of 10) 5) Emily (16 year old sophomore, desperation 8 out of 10) 6) Tiffany (15 year old sophomore, desperation 8.5 out of 10) 7) Laura (15 year old freshman, desperation 9 out of 10) 8 ) Elizabeth (14 year old freshman, desperation of 9.5 out of 10, and is 5 minutes or less away from peeing her pants). And as if that wasn't bad enough, at about the 2 minute mark, three more girls try to enter the bathroom with a desperate need to pee (Nicole at 1:50, Courtney at 1:55, and Tina at 2:00), and by this time the line is so long that stretches out into the hallway. The remaining three girls are: 9) Nicole (16 year old sophomore, desperation of 9.5 out of 10, and is 5 minutes or less away from peeing her pants) 10) Courtney (15 year old freshman, desperation of 9.8 out of 10, and is 3 minutes or less away from peeing her pants) 11) Tina (14 year old freshman, desperation of 9.9 out of 10, and is literally 2 minutes or less away from peeing her pants) Naturally, the girls that have to pee the worst are the ones that are at the end of the line. For what it's worth, the current group of girls (call them Danielle, Bridget, and Samantha) exit their respective stalls at the 2:05, 2:15, and 2:30 mark of passing time respectively. This means that at the 2:30 mark (with 2 1/2 minutes left to get to class), there are still 4 girls ahead of Elizabeth in line, and probably still 4 girls ahead of her in line with 2 minutes left. Her situation is bad enough, but then you get to the last couple girls in line (especially Courtney and Tina), and not only is there not enough time for them to wait in line, pee and get to class on time, but it is highly doubtful that they'll even make it to an open stall before they pee their pants. There may be a bathroom monitor presence to enforce the rules. So the consequences for breaking rules are: 1) Late to class or having to leave class to go to the bathroom = 30 minute detention (one exception: if the lineup is caused because one or more toilets is stopped up or non-functional. In that case, all girls affected will receive a hall pass to get their tardies excused, as long as they don't break any other rules, and they are no more than 5 minutes late to their next class). 2) Attempting to cut in line without permission = immediately having to go to the end of the line, and if that means you're late, it won't be excused. (Clarification: attempt to cut doesn't mean asking for permission, but actually cutting off one of the girls that was ahead of you rather walking in front of one of the girls that was ahead of you in line) 3) Asking for permission to cut in line = no penalty, but the request will almost always automatically be denied, regardless of level of desperation. If in the unlikely scenario that a girl ahead of you actually DOES give you permission cut in line (which will NOT happen in this scenario), then her tardy will NOT be excused, and neither will yours (even if one of the toilets was stopped up), because that was her choice to give up her place in line. However, if any other girls in line between you and her were negatively impacted by this and they did NOT grant permission for you to cut in front of everyone else, then those other girls will probably get their tardies excused. (Example: if girl #7 in line is granted permission by girl #3 (but no one else) to cut in front of her in line, then girls 4, 5, and 6 will get their tardies excused, but not girls 3, 7, or anyone else). 3) If you actually do cut in line in front of someone else (without permission) and get to a stall before it's your turn and before somebody can stop you = 1 hour office detention (or possibly a day of in-school suspension), and the other girls negatively impacted (meaning all the ones that should have gotten a turn before the "line cutter") will have receive a hall pass to get their tardies excused. So if your spot in line is ahead of the "line cutter", and she cuts you off, your tardy will be excused, up to a maximum of 5 minutes. But if the line cutter was already ahead of you in line, and wouldn't have impacted your place in line, your tardy will NOT be excused. 4) Peeing on the floor, sink, trash can, water bottle, desk chair, etc. = 1 hour office detention, plus have to clean up the mess. Plus, if it happens in the bathroom, the time spent in cleaning up the mess may cause you to be late, which will be unexcused. 5) Deliberately trying to clog up a toilet with paper towels, toilet paper, or something else, in the hopes that your tardy will be excused = you have to clean up the mess and your tardy won't be excused, but the other girls negatively affected will have their tardies excused. (If it can be proven that clogging up the toilet was unintentional, then no official penalty). 6) Peeing your pants = No official penalty, except that you'll either have to clean yourself up, call someone to bring a new set of clothes, or wear those wet pants the rest of the day, and your tardy MIGHT be excused (see below). (Exception: If she pees her pants on purpose, and not because she can't hold it any longer, and she chooses to clean herself up and her tardy will NOT be excused). 7) Entering the boys bathroom to avoid the lines = 1 or 2 days of in school suspension, and told to leave the bathroom (if there is a monitor in there). If she enters one of their stalls and pees anyway, then it's an additional day of in-school suspension. Tardies related to bathroom issues will only be excused if: 1) One or more of the bathrooms is shut down for maintenance or other reasons (up to 5 minutes late), and you don't break any other rules. 2) The bathroom line is caused by one or more of the toilets (or sinks) being stopped up or nonfunctional (up to 5 minutes late). (And that is not going to happen in this scenario). 3) You actually do pee your pants (and not the sink, trash can, water bottle, etc) while waiting in line (assuming you don't break any other rules) and have to clean yourself up (up to a maximum of 5 minutes late). 4) No toilet paper in one of the stalls, no soap, or no paper towels, meaning that you might have to wait for maintenance or a bathroom monitor to get you some (but only if you don't break any other rules), up to a maximum of 5 minutes late. So she could choose to wait in line hoping to get in there before she has an accident, and hopefully with enough to still get to class on time. Or she could forget about it and head to class without peeing, and end up either peeing her pants, or breaking one of the other rules listed above (such as can't pee in the sink, water bottle, etc. and can't go to the bathroom during class). But the bottom line, is it's basically a "lose-lose" situation for Elizabeth and some of the other girls in line no matter what. So, the basic questions are: 1) What is Elizabeth's first (and/or second) thought if she really is that desperate to pee and gets to the bathroom and sees that long lineup? 2) How should she deal with it? 3) Will she make it to an open stall before she pees her pants. 4) If she pees her pants, how will she deal with the rest of the day? 5) If she makes it into an open stall, will she get to class on time? 6) If she gets to class late, what will happen? 7) In particular, what is she thinking if she is peeing (or still waiting in line) when the tardy bell rings? Actually, you could ask the same questions about any of the last 5 or 6 girls in line, starting with as early as Jennifer or Emily if you want.
  3. I have a poll for possibilities involving a bathroom line at school between classes, but there are a few other questions below, because I can only do three questions on the poll. But before we go there, the general guideliens are: 1) Can't be late and can't go to the bathroom during class, and class periods are usually 50 to 55 minutes in length. 2) Peeing on the floor, trash can, sink, water bottle, chair, or desk are not allowed. Each girl either pees in a toilet, or can’t make it and pees in her pants. 3) Cutting in line is not allowed, even if those at the front of the line are not as desperate as the ones at the back of the line, because there is a line for a reason, plus no one is allowed to be late. 4) Each girl will need a minimum of one minute of time in the stall before exiting. It may take longer, and may take a lot longer is somebody needs to do #2. But for the purposes of this topic, we’ll assume everyone only has to do #1. Here are the questions: 1) How long is each class period, and the passing time between classes? Optional: How many class periods and how long is lunch hour? (You could make it two minutes between classes, or you could make it 20 minutes between classes, but something in between would probably be more realistic.) 2) How many stalls are in each girls bathroom, and which one are these girls heading towards? Also, between which class periods (ie 1st/2nd, 6th/7th) will this scenario occur? (You could make it 1 stalls, or you could make it 100 stalls, but something in between would probably be more realistic.) 3) How strict are the teachers about being late, or using the bathroom during class? (In other words, how many tardies before disciplinary action is taken, and how many restroom passes are allowed per class per semester?) 4) What is the age and grade classification at this school in question (preferably somewhere between the 6th and 12th grades, where any combination of grades (ie 6th/7th, 7th/8th, 6th through 8th, 9th through 12th, or even 6th through 12th). 5) How long is the line at the bathroom? What are the names of the girls in the line (can add age or grade if you want), and how desperate is each particular girl to use the toilet? (The length of the line could be interesting depending on how long the passing time and how many stalls are in the bathroom. In other words, a line of 6 in an 8-stall bathroom with a 10-minute passing time is not the same as a line of 6 in a 3-stall bathroom with a 5-minute passing time). Other variables you could add (or not add) to make it interesting could be: 1) What if one or more of the toilets is stopped up before or during this bathroom break between classes? This can significantly alter the flow of the line and might make a difference people arriving to class late, and will there be an extra time allowance for situations like that? 2) Girls are (or are not) allowed to pee in the sink, trash can, floor, water bottle, desk, chair, or somewhere else. You could allow any or all (or none) of those possibilities, or go with my scenario where each girls either pees in a toilet or can't make it and pees in her pants. 3) Should "cutting in line" be allowed? Probably not, but it's your call. The idea is for you to make a scenario where at least one girl within the line has a full bladder that is about to burst and is very close to peeing her pants and certainly cannot wait another hour. But yet there are too many girls ahead of her in line for her to be able to pee and still get to class on time comfortably. Most likely, she'll be late, or just barely get there on time. In other words, the scenario should at least make it "somewhat difficult, but maybe not necessarily impossible" that "X" minutes (whether the X be 3, 5, 7, 10, or whatever) is enough time to 1) make it to a restroom (takes time) 2) wait in line (takes time) 3) pee (takes time) and 4) get to class on time (takes time). That doesn't even count locker time or time to wash and dry hands either. We can have some fun with these scearios.
  4. So, I thought I'd spell out the general rules before asking questions. 1) There are five minutes between classes, and 50 minute class periods. 2) Can’t be late, and can’t use the restroom during class without some sort of disciplinary action, and asking the teacher to use the restroom before class will not work. 3) There are three toilets available in each girls bathroom (and there are either two or three total sets of restrooms in the building, not counting the nurse's restroom or the gym locker rooms). 4) There are at least 800 students in this school (and at least 400 of them are girls), possibly more. I have three questions on the poll, but here are some other interesting questions.
  5. I'll keep this scenario short and to the point. What if you are one of those girls that is about to pee your pants at school, and the bathroom line between classes is too long? These are the general facts: 1) 50 (maybe 55) minute class periods with 5 minutes between classes. 2) 3 stalls in each girls bathroom. 3) Can't be late and can't go to the bathroom during class (without some consequence) 4) Cutting in line is not allowed without permission (and permission will probably not be granted). 5) You are about ready to pee your pants (possibly 5 minutes away, 10 or 15 minutes at most), and when you reach the bathroom during break time you see that all the stalls are full and there are about 5 girls ahead of you in line. It will almost certainly take each girl at least a minute to do their business in their respective stalls, so if you do the simple math in your head (assuming you can do math), you realize that there is probaby not enough time to wait in line, pee, and get to class on time. The first real big question I will ask is this. What is the first thought you would have if you were to deal with that situation? Next, how would you deal with it?
  6. I don't know how if anyone has seen or heard of a situation of girls being desperate to pee in a long bathroom line at school between classes, but this is the scenario I am about to describe. Suppose your middle school or high school school has a strict bathroom policy that says that you can't be late to a class more than once or twice per class per semester, and are only allowed maybe one or two bathroom passes per class per semester. So you are to use the facilities between classes, at lunch, before school, or after school. Depending on how many facilities your school has and how long passing time is, the bathroom lines may be too long to wait in line, do your business, and get to class on time, especially for the girls. What do you do? This scenario assumes that you are a girl and if you are late to your next class, you will get a 30 minute detention. Also, you can’t go to the bathroom during class or you’ll get charged with a tardy and have to serve a 30 minute detention. Asking the teacher to use the bathroom before class won’t work either, because you already used up any emergency bathroom passes you had during the semester (probably only had one or two anyway). This scenario assumes that class periods are 50 minutes long, there are five minutes between classes, and three stalls in each girls bathroom. There are two or three sets of bathrooms, but trying to navigate from one bathroom to the next if the line is too long probably won’t work because it will take time to get to the other bathroom, and the line may be just as long there. Also assume that you can’t use the boys restroom because the line is too long in the girls restroom. In addition, also assume that you can’t pee on the floor, in the sink, in the trash can, in a bottle, on the desk or table. Also, if there is a line, cutting in line is not allowed unless everyone ahead of you in line from the place you are to the place you want to cut into says okay (not very likely to happen). So basically, it comes down to waiting in line to pee (and probably being late), or possibly peeing your pants at some time within the next hour. Although doing #2 is a possibility, most of the focus is on #1 (peeing). Assume that it will take each girl at least a minute to do their business in each stall. 1) What would you do if you had to pee in the middle of class and your teacher told you couldn't leave, and you said it was an emergency and the teach told you it was a 30 minute detention if you left class to go to the bathroom? 2) Suppose your name is Tiffany and class periods are 50 minutes long, and you have 5 minutes between classes. You enter the girls bathroom about 2 minutes into the passing time, so you have 3 minutes left. Your next destination is probably about 30 seconds away. When you get into the bathroom, you see that there are 3 stalls all in use, and there are about 5 girls ahead of you in line. You are really desperate to pee and are probably about 5 minutes away from peeing your pants (10 minutes at most), because when girls have to pee, they usually can't hold it for ridiculously long periods of time the way boys might be able to. If you are late, or have to go to the bathroom during your next class, it's a minimum of a 30 minute detention. And asking the teacher first to use the restroom won't work. What would you do? (Note: Trying another bathroom probably won’t work because you’d have to come back down this way anyway to get to class, and the line is probably just long there). 3) Suppose your name is Emily and you are the girl right in front of Tiffany in line for the bathroom. Tiffany is practically in tears and asks you if she can cut in line. You could probably wait another minute or so, but it could be the difference between being on time or being late for class. You do kind of need to pee but could probably wait another hour if you have to. However, you’ll probably be very desperate towards the end of next period. What would you do? a. Let Tiffany cut in front of you in line, realizing that it might be the difference between her peeing her pants vs not, but also might be the difference between you getting to class on time vs late. b. Tell Tiffany that you can’t let her cut in line because you were there first and you have places to get to as well. c. Give up on waiting and go to class and hope for better luck next hour. In that scenario, you’ll get to class on time, but might be very uncomfortable halfway through the next period. Tiffany will have a slightly better chance of getting to class on time or not peeing her pants since you decided not to go. d. Other I'll stop right here and see what happens, because I only want to ask two or three questions at a time.
  7. I think I tried to create this topic the other day and got a couple replies, but somehow it got deleted (maybe because I edited it too many times which created confusion). So I'll try this one more time, and if it gets deleted, or I don't get replies, then it's just not meant to be. Your middle school or high school school has a strict bathroom policy that says that you can't be late to a class more than once or twice per class per semester, and are only allowed maybe one or two bathroom passes per class per semester. 8. Okay, I was debating whether to do an interactive, or just a straight out fiction story, and I'm going to try an interactive first and see what happens. If this doesn't get much interaction, I'll go to a straight up fictional story. We will use a middle school or high school where there are 6 or 7 class periods 50 minutes long apiece with 5 minutes between classes. You can't be late to class without some type of consequence, and you can't go to the bathroom during class either without some type of consequence. Based on the results of my a few weeks ago, I have decided to go with a 5 minute passing period and 3 toilets in each girls bathroom at this school. The basic rules are: 1) You can only be late to each class one time per semester without some type of detention or suspension, and can only use one emergency restroom pass per class per semester without being counted late. 2) Five minutes between classes and three toilets in each girls bathroom. 3) You will notice in my scenario a little later that there are multiple girls desperate to pee waiting in line about ready to pee their pants. 4) It will take each girl a minimum of one minute from start to finish do their bathroom business in the toilet. 5) Although some may have to do #2, we'll keep it simple and say everyone has to do only #1 (pee). Scenario: There is a girl named Elizabeth that is very smart, and nice and sweet to everyone, and is tall and skinny. But she does have bladder problems from time to time, but it's not enough of a problem yet to justify having a doctor's note on file to let her use the restroom whenever necessary. One day, she is even more desperate than usual, and tries to sneak a bathroom break between second and third periods after she makes a locker stop to get her books for third and fourth periods, but when she reaches the bathroom, she sees a line of 3 ahead of her, so she has no choice except to wait another period. Because of her bladder problems, she has already used up any free tardies and emergency bathroom passes in all of her classes at about the halfway to two-thirds point of the semester. So in third period, she is really struggling to pay attention in class because she has to pee so badly. She asks the teacher about halfway through class if she can use the restroom, and the dialogue is about like this. Student: May I please use the restroom Teacher: No bathroom breaks, you should have gone between classes Student: But it's an emergency Teacher: Do you think you can wait another 20 minutes and go after class? Student: Not really Teacher: Well, try to do so, and if I can sense a genuine emergency, we'll deal with it then So Elizabeth struggles, but is able to hold it in, but has to ask again with about 5 minutes before class ends, but this time the teacher said "I'm sure you can wait 5 more minutes." It was a struggle, but Elizabeth did survive the class period without peeing herself. When the bell rings at the end of class, she makes a beeline dash to the nearest bathroom, which unfortunately for her is on the other end of the building, which means she doesn't get there until about the 2 minute mark (meaning there are about 3 minutes to go before her next class). The good news is that it's relatively close to her next class. The bad news is that all 3 stalls are occupied and there is a line of at least 4 girls ahead of her (might be 5, 6, or 7, and I'll get more into that on the next interactive part). The other bad news is that asking her teacher to use the bathroom before class and not be counted late will not work because she's already used up her emergency bathroom passes for the semester. So as you can imagine, poor Elizabeth (and maybe some of the other girls in line) have a huge problem. Her bladder is almost at 100% capacity and she's about ready to burst, meaning her desperation on a scale of 1 to 10 is at least 9.5. This means she is very close to peeing her pants, and if she waits in line, it will take at least another minute and a half just to get into the stall, and at least another minute to pee, which means she will almost certainly be late. So before I go any further into the story, these are the first group of questions (if I don't get interaction in a few days, I'll decide the answers). 1) What should be the grade configuration of this school (6th-8th, 9th-12th, 6th-12th, or something else)? 2) Should cutting in line be allowed if the girls ahead in line say it's okay? 3) Is peeing on the floor, trash can, sink, water bottle, desk, chair, etc. allowed?
  9. Rather than post the same content twice, I thought I'd include a link to the topic on interactive here and give some you an opportunity to post your opinion on that thread. You can respond here, or on that other thread. if this interactive doesn't work out, maybe I will do a fan fiction later on with minimal interaction.
  10. I made made a scenario earlier involving girls being desperate to pee in a long bathroom line at school during passing time, but I thought I'd give the opportunity to others to make up a scenario that is just as interesting, or more so. The general idea should be about the same (line at the girls bathroom between classes), but some of the actual details may be different. It's up to you to make up the scenario. If can be a real scenario you have personally been involved in, or a fictional scenario. I am looking for these main items: 1) How long is each class period, and the passing time between classes? If you can make up a scenario, I'll tell you what I would do, and also what I would fantasize the girls doing. After I see a few scenarios, I might even pick the scenario I find most interesting and ask another round of questions about some of the girls in that scenario. I might make a poll, but I don't know how well it will work, because I don't know if it will show the individual voter results (example: one voter might say there is a passing time of 4 minutes, 3 stalls, and a line of 6). I'll give the poll about 3 weeks and check the results then. I currently have it set to reveal the names of the individual voters for each option, and I don't know if that's a good idea because I've never done this before. My personal vote on the poll was 5 minutes passing time, 3 stalls in the bathroom, and 6 girls ahead in line. However, if you don't think the poll is sufficient, you are welcome to add in any answers to the questions in the replies down below. I want to see how interesting these answers might be.
  11. There are some interesting scenarios where girls (or anyone) can be desperate to pee in a long bathroom line. But one particular interesting example could be the bathroom line at a middle school or high school between classes. You have those scenarios where you need to use the restroom, but can't go during class, and time between classes is kind of tight, so here is an interesting scenario. This is a variation of the scenario I had done in another forum, but I wanted to eliminate some of the interaction and get right to the point. Factors to consider: I) There are five minutes between classes, and 50 minute class periods. II) Can’t be late, and can’t use the restroom during class (already used up any free tardies or emergency bathroom passes, if you even had any). If you are late or have to use the restroom during class, you either get an after-school detention, in school suspension, or a day of Saturday school. III) Asking teacher to use restroom before the bell rings won't work, since she already used up her restroom passes, and will probably only make her later. IV) There are three toilets available in each girls bathroom (and there are three total sets of restrooms in the building, not counting the nurse's restroom or the gym locker rooms). V) There are at least 1,000 students in this school (and at least 500 of them are girls). VI) A girl named Emily needs to use the restroom with a desperation of about 9.5 out of 10 (meaning about as close as you can come to peeing your pants without actually doing so) between third and fourth periods. She is sitting in class right at the end of third period shaking almost to tears because she has to pee so bad, but can't leave the classroom until the class is over. Meanwhile, girls in other classes are in a similar predicament (we'll call them Tina, Nicole, and Tiffany), and have a ways to go to get to the restroom, but are able to get there a little bit ahead of Emily (like the 1 to 1 1/2 minute mark after the previous class is over), because the restroom is closer, and they do need to pee, they aren't "quite" as desperate, so can probably walk a little faster because they aren't as worried about having a full-blown accident right then an there. VII) Emily arrives at the restroom closest to her next class with about 3 minutes to go before the next class (took here about 2 minutes to get from previous destination to here). She couldn't run or walk faster because she had to focus on not losing control of her bladder before getting to the bathroom. VIII) Peeing on the floor, trash can, sink, water bottle, chair, or desk are not allowed. Each girl either pees in a toilet, or can’t make it and pees in her pants. IX) Cutting in line is not allowed, even if those at the front of the line are not as desperate as the ones at the back of the line, because there is a line for a reason, plus no one is allowed to be late. Basically it’s a “first come, first serve” type of queue line, regardless of how desperate you are. However, it is possible that maybe one or more of the girls “gives up” on the situation if she’s not that desperate and figures she can wait another hour, which may in essence make the line a little shorter where Emily has a better chance to pee and get to class on time. But for the purposes of this topic, we’ll assume that is not going to happen. It’s also possible in theory that one or more may only need to apply makeup, which is not really part of the “pee line”. But again, for these purposes, we’ll assume everyone is in line to use one of the three toilets. X) Each girl will need a minimum of one minute of time in the stall before exiting. It may take longer, and may take a lot longer is somebody needs to do #2. But for the purposes of this topic, we’ll assume everyone only has to do #1. XI) There may be a bathroom monitor present, but only to make sure things there is no line cutting, or that nothing gets out of control like horseplay, smoking, stuffing toilets with paper towels. XII) This is the way the toilet queue looks with three minutes to go before class, and three toilets in this restroom (all three stalls are currently occupied). A) Girl 1 (Elizabeth)—18 year old senior, desperation about 5 out of 10 (arrived about 45 seconds after previous class ended, and there was already one girl ahead of her in line) B) Girl 2 (Brandi)—17 year old senior, desperation about 6 out of 10 (arrived about 50 seconds after previous class ended, and there were two girls ahead of her) C) Girl 3 (Michelle)—17 year old junior, desperation about 7 out of 10 (arrived around the 1 minute mark) D) Girl 4 (Jennifer)—16 year old junior, desperation about 7.5 out of 10 (arrived around the 1 minute mark) E) Girl 5 (Tina)—16 year old sophomore, desperation about 8 out of 10 (arrived around the 1:30 mark) F) Girl 6 (Nicole)—15 year old sophomore, desperation about 8.5 out of 10 (arrived around the 1:30 mark) G) Girl 7 (Tiffany)—15 year old freshman, desperation about 9 out of 10 (arrived around the 1:45 mark) H) Girl 8 (Emily)—14 year old freshman, desperation about 9.5 out of 10 (arrived around the 2 minute mark) FFor what it is worth, the first three girls (Elizabeth, Brandi, and Michelle) are able to finally get into a stall and start doing their business at the 2:10, 2:30, and 2:50 marks, respectively. Naturally, the ones that really have to pee the worst are the ones that are at the back of the line. So as you can see, the first three or four girls probably could wait another period, but would prefer not to. They are in a position to where they probably have enough time to pee and get to class on time, but can also hold it for another hour if need be. They decide to go ahead and pee now since they have the time to do so (their classes are right near the restroom), because you don’t know what might happen after the next hour, because their desperation might be closer to a 9 out of 10 by then and then have to deal with a longer line. As a result, the last four girls in line are in a bad situation. These four girls pretty much have to pee within the next 15 minutes or so, which means in essence they need to pee during this particular break. Unfortunately, they don’t have enough time to wait in line, pee, and get to their next class on time, because it was a 5 minute passing period, and there are currently 3 minutes left. Also unfortunate for those girls is that if they are late, they get a 30-minute detention because they may have been late a time or two before (or their teachers have a no tolerance policy on tardies). And they can’t go to the bathroom during class, and clearly can’t wait another hour. This could be the dream scenario for those hoping for an accident, and a nightmarish scenario for those 4 girls involved in that predicament. F Now, the first question you might ask, is if the last four girls had to pee that bad, why didn’t they get into the bathroom sooner before the line got so long. Maybe their previous classroom was so far away, and this was the closest restroom they could find and the soonest they could get there. So here are a few questions: Knowing how desperate Emily and the others are to pee and how many girls are ahead of them in line, what should they do? Wait in line, pee, get to class late and deal with the consequences (or fight if she thinks it’s unfair) End up wetting herself before getting to the front of the line, and have to deal with an accident, and possibly being late to class anyway. Go to class without peeing, and pee all over herself (her pants, seat, or whatever sometime during her next class) Other (remember the line-cutting, peeing on the floor, sink, trash can, or water bottle is not allowed). If she is late and receives a detention, what should she do about it? Have parents sign it and serve it, and don’t make a bad situation worse. Talk the situation over with her parents, and have them talk to the school administration about the whole mess. Don’t talk to her parents, and don’t serve the detention, and possibly get a misconduct and in-school suspension or Saturday school instead, in which case the parents will have to get involved anyway. Other. If she realizes she doesn’t have enough time to wait in line and get to class on time and decides to try to wait it out, what should she do? Try to hold it as long as possible through her next class, and maybe relieve a little pressure from time to time by peeing in her pants just a little bit at a time and hope the wet spot isn’t too noticeable and that she can get to the bathroom after the next class. Hold it as long as she can, and eventually have a full-blown accident. Miraculously be able to hold it through the whole next period, against all odds, and then start the cycle all over again at the next break. Other. If she does end up peeing her pants because she can’t go to the bathroom, what should she do? Ask to see the nurse. Ask to call home for a change of clothes. Ask to leave school to go home to change clothes (unless it’s the last period of the day, when it’s pointless) Ask to talk to the principal or assistant principal about the situation right then and there. Ask to call her parents about the situation. Other
  12. Not too long ago, I had created a topic about bathroom lines in school between classes, as shown here. https://www.omorashi.org/forums/topic/46836-desperate-girls-bathroom-line-at-school/ I want to try a similar scenario, but tweak it a little. In this new scenario, there is a girl with the name of Emily that is wearing this: A shorts with suspenders with a loose-fitting tee. Something like this: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_5OaIhwe8rZs/TJdcU_qXAiI/AAAAAAAAAN4/-qW-7e2oKxY/s1600/B5DB4DB6.jpg Factors to consider: I) There are five minutes between classes, and 50 minute class periods. II) Can’t be late, and can’t use the restroom during class (already used up any free tardies and emergency restroom passes, if you even had any in the first place). Next time she is late (or has to use the restroom during class) is a 30 minute detention (or in some cases, a 60 minute detention). VII) She arrives at the restroom closest to her next class with about 3 minutes to go before the next class (took here about 2 minutes to get from previous destination to here). XI) There may be a bathroom monitor present, but only to make sure things there is no line cutting, or that nothing gets out of control like horseplay, smoking, stuffing toilets with paper towels, etc. They are not there to write passes for those who are waiting in line to pee. They can let the girls know how much time is left to get to class (like say one minute left), but they don't really force anyone out of the restroom at that point in time, or when the bell rings. XII) This is the way the toilet queue looks with three minutes to go before class, and three toilets in this restroom. A) Girl 1 (Elizabeth)—18 year old senior, desperation about 4 out of 10 (consequence if late—warning_ B) Girl 2 (Brandi)—17 year old senior, desperation about 5 out of 10 (consequence if late—warning) C) Girl 3 (Michelle)—17 year old junior, desperation about 6 out of 10 (consequence if late—warning) D) Girl 4 (Jennifer)—16 year old junior, desperation about 7 out of 10 (consequence if late—warning) E) Girl 5 (Tina)—16 year old sophomore, desperation about 8 out of 10 (consequence if late—30 minute detention) F) Girl 6 (Nicole)—15 year old sophomore, desperation about 8.5 out of 10 (consequence if late—30 minute detention) G) Girl 7 (Tiffany)—15 year old freshman, desperation about 9 out of 10 (consequence if late—60 minute detention) H) Girl 8 (Emily)—14 year old freshman, desperation about 9.5 out of 10 (consequence if late—60 minute detention) Naturally, the ones that really have to pee the worst are the ones that are at the back of the line.
