So. I used to be really really good at holding. I think the most I ever held at once was around 1.5 L, I'm only 5'4 so that's a pretty big amount. Then one day I decided to do a pee holding challenge that went like this: I was going to go 8 hours without peeing. Every hour I'd drink one whole bottle of water. I ended up not being able to hold it the whole day. My bladder got nice and big, erotically full and all, and to hold it I ended up releasing a couple hundred mLs. When I got home I practically burst, I measured about 1 L which isn't a lot at all compared to my record. I did a rapid desperation hold the next day and had a full fledged accident at 750mL. Which upset me a lot, I never have actual accidents. So I waited a month to let my bladder rest before I did it again. I did lots of kegel excersises, trained my pelvic floor and stuff like that. Next hold I did a month later I was able to hold 1.25 L which is much more! But still not enough for me :(. Is there any way to train my bladder any better? To be clear, in normal life this isn't affecting me in any way. I'm not having incontinence issues, because I can hold my pee for 9 hours through an entire shift at work if I have to (which I don't, I get breaks, but sometimes the bathrooms are disgusting.) It's just when I hold large amounts. Bottom line: how can I train my bladder to hold as much as I used to be able to? Accidents are hot as fuck, but I'd like to be able to hold for capacity and hold much more before I wet. My goal originally was to reach 1.75L capacity, maybe even 2L, but now I'd be happy with just 1.5L like before. Any help is appreciated.
