  1. Press on your bladder for 10 seconds.
  2. This happens to me too. I got a mattress protector which helped. I think it relaxes my mind because I can just pull it off my bed. Also other places, if you have a yard(the backyard), the laundry room, on the couch, in a trash can, in your closet.
  3. I've always wanted to wet at the park in the rain and also have control of someone else's bladder for a day.
  4. Are you able to wet in the shower? This could be an option.
  5. I am trying. The pressure is building. I am not sure. Any ideas?
  6. I feel like I cheated a little. I took a nap for a couple of hours, but I didn't wet my bed so I call that a win. I haven't done a long hold in a while. I'm still btwn 8 and 8.5 and starting to shake a little.
  7. The legs crossing technique works most of the time and not thinking about my urge to go. Currently, I'm just laying in my bed watching YouTube videos. What technique do you use?
