A friend of mine on a school trip got very desperate to pee on the bus ride back to school. She got very quiet then became talkative again. She decided to change out of her snow pants into clean pants (normal ones) and it was obvious she had completely peed her pants. But not because her snow pants showed anything.

I am not saying that the best sex I had was when my (at the time) girlfriend pinned my arms to the bed with her hands and my hips with her hips and started going at it.... Butt

That was a stealth pee. She peed her pants and only had a slight damp spot at her crotch.

It sounds like you are going through a lot for a while now. I hope that the urologist can help you in better managing your symptoms and hope that a cure can be found. Doctors and people in the medical field (specifically urology discuss problems related to urination. They will not judge you for any symptoms you may have or symptoms you may not have. They will ask some personal questions to help identify the problem and how to potentially manage the problem. The urologist will make recommendations but that is just a recommendation. As long as you understand the risks and benefits you are allowed to refuse any and all medical care for whatever reason you choose. Most providers acknowledge that and good providers will respect your decision and will help you to manage with your decision. Everyone has to start somewhere and a CT is not a bad choice. I do not know the exact type of CT they will do, but they can usually see the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Hopefully that can help find a potential problem that might be curable. Good luck in your testing and do not worry about being judged about your condition or feelings about them and treatment. These feelings are valid and are a part of the treatment.

I was holding for a long as I could all day and I was getting really good at it. I remember talking with the person controlling my bladder that I could probably handle another challenge and she told me to wait 15 minutes. 5 minutes in I remember feeling unusual pain and telling her I have to pee right now even if I could keep holding. I literally flooded my diaper. I think it was probably 1.5 liters too so I was really bursting.

That is one of my favorite scenarios

The pro is that dehydration is an uncommon problem.
