Yes, I have, several times. I'm usually dreaming of a strange place to pee (not a toilet). During the dream, I release several times without any flow. Finally, the actual release occurs, I feel the spray and wake up, shutting off the flow. Then I get up and empty my bladder. I always enjoy the experience!
