I've been doing HRT for about 5 and a half months now. Sadly can't answer some of these as I don't actively do holds but there are some changes for better or worse. I'd say I'm a bit less into doing it myself but I absolutely still love and get turned on by others doing it. I'd say this is more contributed by my environment than the hormones itself though as on better days I'd love to try doing a hold. I can already tell you the capacity has gone down XD I'll admit that's one thing I missed cause I used to consistently pee for over a minute or so when I held it and drank lots of water. Maybe I gotta drink water and hold more frequently lol

Came across these interesting vids that have the premise of foreign women (usually white) in Japan using squat toilets for the first time. Seems like a much older vid but the idea and set fascinated me but struggling to find it. All I can see if these are called HE-02 and HE-03.
