  1. Did you ever had problems to open the tight denim jeans after a long long holding day and a much too overfilled bladder? I mean problems to open the belt as your whole belly was so swollen and rock hard by all the pee in it, that it was difficult to impossible to open the buckle at the end... How did you solve the problem? How long did you fight and how did that feel? What happened that day to come into this situation and what happened until you came free to empty your bladder at the end?

I would ask you to keep away from the bathroom after a long day with much to drink and a long dance even past midnight and a long travel home! That is interesting with the 17 mins long clip: Firstly I thought it would be Finnish language, but that did not match, also Estnish could have been, but then I found out, that it is Hungarian Language! Funny, as these 3 countries and Northern Lapland behind the polar circle in all 3 to Lapland related countries Finland, Sweden and Norway have a likely language. And South of Finland speaks Swedish.   6. When at home, you can pee into a big container and mark the level on it. Then you can empry it -- and fill it up with pure water by a measuring jug up to the mark. So you have measured your pee and the measuring jug still can be used for cooking without special cleaning (even if you should tend to feel disguest by pee near kitchen tools).
  7. @Johnnyc82: A really overstretched bladder needs some time until the bladderwall muscles are ready to contract to really tight. (BTW: In men the penis can stop the flow too, if you are too aroused - or stressed...) Best is to relax until the stream comes to a stop. Wait a minute, pee until no drop will come anymore - then wait again. This will be longer stop, no matter how full and heavy your bladder still is! As you are a woman, who basically likes holding (more deliberately): Did you ever try to exaggerate your end of the shift hold and reach home with your bursting bladder instead of waiting in line? You seem to be used to fight your bursting bladder shut even after 12+ hours without any bathroom and 6+ hours of this really needing to pee badly.   10. That is quite normal, as an overly stretched bladder (detrusor muscles in the bladder wall) cannot contract fully the first time. After a shrinking process of 15..20 minutes it can empty more. Also the really really bursting bladder slows down the kidney from producing more urine. But that will start after the pending up and backpressure effect is released. This just happens (effectively) after your ureters may already have waves painfully spasms in your back (about kidneys area) - and not when just your bladder spasms before stretching more, what also happens in waves.   14. It is not really the pee hole, but the pelvic floor gets supported. The crouching gives additional space between bladder and else tight abs muscles and/or belly. The movements ease some mental stress and also keep you from standing in a too tensed way. You cannot tense for as long time as you can move. And standing too tensed also means that you also tense your belly and that presses onto your bladder, when it is too tensed while you stand straight up. And if you are able, you can try to relax your abs muscles at your belly not to add extra pressure onto your bladder. But don't also relax your sphincter...! But what I like much more is, when a woman is able to hold her pee even when her rockhard bladder bulges out visibly, but she just holds it - refuses to use the bathroom, no matter how tight and restricting her clothes are.
