My concern is leaks. People really tend to notice wet pants from a leaking diaper.

I have been kept in diapers my entire life. It is better to pee more often in them and not so much each time than to just flood them. This gives the diaper more time to absorb the pee and less chance of a leak. You will find your diapers will hold almost twice as much before leaking.

When I met my wife I told her relatively soon that I was incontinent and she was ok with that. Over time I told her more of my past of how I grew up always being diapered.. Long story short, we eventualy got married, and she learned that diapers were much more than a tool to deal with incontinence for me. She now wears them because she knows I find it sexy.

I have been asked a few times who they are for or they will comment that it is nice that we will buy them for someone elderly. My wife will just say, No, they are for him. If he wasn't wearing diapers he would be walking around in wet pants all day. My wife usually tries to find a way to let them know that they are for me.

I can tell you as someone who has been made to wear diapers my whole life that it is better to pee a little at a time. The diaper will hold a lot more and wont leak so soon..

The real reason I wear diapers is because I was raised wearing diapers. Now I have a wife that treats me the same as how my mother treated me. I wear diapers all the time except to work. My diapers are not changed until they start leaking. Sometimes I am made to wear my wifes wet diaper. These are all things I feel I need to feel loved. My wife understands this and does everything she can for me.
