I would say be very careful how you search for these... Some sites are scummy and when you search a domain they'll raise the price or even buy it so you have to buy it from them at a crazy price.

There are shitloads of copyrighted videos here too... Just because somebody hasn't specifically contacted the admins and requested to be added to the list doesn't make it not a copyright violation. I only upload enough to keep my friend requests getting accepted. Copyright issues aside, their duplicate detection is extremely annoying and inconsistent too. Some vids have been posted dozens if not hundreds of times, but I'll upload a video that was uploaded once like 7 years ago and it'll get rejected until I mirror it or something stupid.

I don't think I'd consider it being "forced to hold it" necessarily (more like physically unable to go), but I once had a kidney stone so bad it completely blocked one of my kidneys. It was blocked for over 12 hours by estimate, during which time I was at first drinking a lot water trying to pass it until I realized it wouldn't and went to the hospital and then was on IV fluids. I had to get a stent put in which required me going under. When I woke up I had at least 3 painfully desperate urinations over the course of like an hour as my kidneys and bladder relaxed and started processing again. I damn near filled one of those pee jugs every time. My fetish is more wetting than desperation anyway, but even if I had the biggest desperation fetish in the world it would not have been fun in the slightest, it was a very unpleasant experience, not least because I had to do so while lying on a bed in a hospital gown with people around.
