  1. Sounds like you guys had a great time! Thanks for sharing!
  2. You should try some type of fast desperation. There are a lot of suggestion around omo.org, so I'll give my 2 cents: Firstly you have to start increasing your liquid intake long before the hold itself. For example, if you plan to have fun in the evening, you should start drinking more frequently in the afternoon. As you drink more, you body will produce urine faster. During this preparation period you should use the bathroom as you see fit and should be needing the toilet much more frequently than usual. That way, when you finally start your hold, your bladder will be filling very fast and you will get to the fun part faster. And don't forget to keep drinking during the holding section I really like this idea. If you plan to leave the keys at home, you could increase your plight by puting the keys into a plastic container, filling it with water and putting it into the fridge, so, when you get home you'll still have to wait the ice melt to get your keys back. Teehee! I wonder how much that kind of vibration can disrupts ones ability I like the padded option because you'll have to decide when to let some go and find some momentarely relief in order to keep going. Also, having to pee in a controlled way and stopping in the middle to avoid leaks sounds hot. But if you're having a few days to have fun, you can try both approaches.
  3. I am totally like that. I'm realy shy about excusing myself to go to the bathroom. In informal ocasions, like visiting someone in their house, I'll rarelly ask to use the toilet, even if I know them very well. And at work even if I'm not in a meeting or something, I'll postpone a visit to the toilet if I'm too focused on a task. That is why I always take the aisle seat if it is a long flight.
  4. Same here Also, whenever I see news about long lines or crowds in airports, train stations, banks, public services, etc, I always wonder if there is someone who needs the bathroom but is too close to embark or to being serviced that they choose to wait.
  5. Very interesting! I think we have to feed the omorashi scientifical articles thread with some of this content.
  6. Science is sexy. Omorashi is sexy. Omorashi relate science... I love this thread already! I will post a couple of papers closely related to a topic that has been discussed recently in Omo org: incontinence in female athletes Sekhon, V., & Lewis, J. M. (2018). Competitive exercise-induced urinary incontinence in adolescent female: aware and prepare!. Annals of Pediatric Surgery, 14(2), 108-109. Abstract: Pelvic floor stress from physical exercise can contribute to urinary incontinence. This entity, though well described in adult female athletes, has not been described in adolescent female athletes. Significant stress urinary incontinence can be a major cause of social embarrassment and withdrawal from an active lifestyle. Lack of awareness amongst physicians and physical trainers can lead to unnecessary investigations and unchecked provocative exercises, thereby further weakening the pelvic floor muscles of growing girls in the long run. Adequate awareness of the condition, and preparedness with symptom management strategies, are the key tools for successful pelvic floor rehabilitation of these children. 170965-439131-1-SM (1).pdf Da Roza, T., Brandão, S., Mascarenhas, T., Jorge, R. N., & Duarte, J. A. (2015). Urinary incontinence and levels of regular physical exercise in young women. International journal of sports medicine, 36(09), 776-780. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of different levels of regular physical exercise on the frequency of urinary incontinence in young nulliparous women from the northern region of Portugal. Participants (n=386) self-reported demographic variables, frequency, and time spent practicing organized exercise per week, as well as completed the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form. The level of exercise was calculated based on the time (in minutes) usually spent per week in organized exercise. 19.9% of Portuguese nulliparous women reported incontinence symptoms. Considering the distribution of urinary incontinence among the different quartiles of organized exercise, women from the 4thquartile (those who train for competitive purposes) demonstrated highest relative frequency (p=0.000) and a 2.53 greater relative risk to develop (95% CIs,1.3–2.7) incontinence compared to women from the 1st quartile (inactive). Women who practice exercise for recreational purposes (2nd and 3rd quartiles) did not show significant differences in the urinary incontinence prevalence and relative risk of developing it compared to women from the 1st quartile. The results showed that women participating in organized exercise involving high volume training for competition are potentially at risk of developing urinary incontinence, although organized exercise undertaken without the intent to compete seems to be safe for maintaining urinary continence. daroza2015.pdf [I kinda wanted to rebel about using APA citation method, but I don't have any real point other than I prefer our national NBR 6023 method ]
  7. It seems like you were pretty full, weren't you? Very hot, thanks for sharing!
  8. Whoa! That was VERY hot. I love how the pace and the descriptions build a very detailed image of your experience!
  9. Too bad you had to do all that cleaning afterwards, but I bet the relief must have felt amazing. Thanks for sharing!
  10. No doubt on who has the strongst bladder of the couple hehehehe So, did you also went to the bathroom as soon as the movied ended or did you wait longer?
  11. I second that! Nice work! I always love stories that depict the character skipping their morning pee, it seems like a great way to start a hold. Also, I found amusing the line of thinking of the protagonist when she decided to ignore the initial urgency signals her overreacting bladder was sending.
  12. Seems nice! I'll pee a last time before midnight and see how long into 2020 I can make!
