  1. Anyway, a while ago I made myself an hour-long holding challenge video, including running water sounds, clips of people wetting themselves, and some little tasks that were along the lines of a few of the things in that article...
  2. That’s interesting, as I know there are lower back conditions that can cause incontinence, so presumably the nerves controlling the bladder are somewhere in that area.
  3. As I’ve come to think of it, if it’s meant to happen then it will, if it’s not meant to happen then it won’t... certainly leaning towards the latter now, personally, though never ruling anything out, even though I don’t think conventional dating avenues would ever work for me. One thing’s for sure, though... if you pursue it obsessively at the expense of everything else, it’s not much more likely to happen for you and you’ll be very unhappy. Focus on lots of things that matter to you, not just the fantasy of that one individual you might meet, or who you already know and dream of getting together with.
  4. Does anyone have examples of these - women rushing to the toilet and having accidents within sight of it/while trying to get their clothes down, with the difference from the regular wetting examples being that they are wearing some sort of incontinence protection when it happens?
  5. Yes, I think it would be pretty unhealthy, I believe stretching the bladder to an abnormal size damages its natural elasticity and in time can lead to issues such as retention or overflow incontinence.
  6. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321074 Obviously aimed at those who struggle to urinate under certain circumstances, but all of them are things that could potentially increase desperation or increase the chance of an accident in holding scenarios, even if none of them will cause the elusive spontaneous incontinence episode that many would like to experience! I like the caveat to this one, which most people here would probably ignore... “Placing a hand in warm water can trigger the urge to pee. A person should do this while sitting on the toilet.” May I ask why that is necessary? 😂
  7. Jeans under diapers? That would be a strange superhero kind of look! 😂 In terms of the intended way round, I haven’t noticed anything, though not young enough to have a fondness for skinny jeans... the tightest fitting ones I have are some stretch/travel jeans which are ideal for nappies.
  8. Love the view from behind, after all, it's the view we would get if we were standing behind you in the toilet queue 😉
  9. Very common, and known as latchkey incontinence - the brain anticipates impending relief, and the bladder obliges a little prematurely in your pants 😉
  10. Try it at home first to find out (and share the pictures/video) 😉
  11. Seems to be both extremes, some women can hold it forever because they’ve developed the ability to through necessity (toilet queues etc.) while other women can’t hold it long at all due to physiological factors, so have to invest in pads, pull-ups and nappies to cope with the potential inability to “go” in a hurry.
  12. No law against/harm in getting a little bit excited 😉 Hope there’s nothing seriously wrong with her, anyway... best thing you can do is keep being sympathetic and ask how things are going, you may find out more and even get the opportunity to share a few tips!
  13. Yes, exactly the sort of thing! Did either you or your ex-wife have a medical need for diapers, or was it just something you did for fun? I kind of like the idea of someone speaking to large numbers in public while secretly diapered, and perhaps making use of it thinking if only they knew...
  14. They even have their own cryptocurrency 🤣
  15. Do you wear panties and diapers, or knickers and nappies, in Canada? 😉
  16. Some good ones there! I think those ones with the pink striped/ribbed knickers over the nappy are really old (maybe about 20 years ago) but a classic set, if I’ve identified them correctly. Think it involved a South American woman who was in a public phone box (fully dressed over her nappy, by that stage!) I’ll have to see if I can find any more of them anywhere. If it isn’t from that set, then it really reminds me of it anyway.
  17. I’m sure 10 or 15 years ago there was a fashion for jeans that seemed to have the “wet yourself” look, even if that wasn’t the intention... but it was more the dark inside leg than the obvious wet spot!
  18. Yes, it must take a powerful wetting to force a visible stream through jeans like that!
  19. Love the face mask and soggy jeans look... and also the visible stream in the action shots! Looks like it was a genuine "couldn't hold it any longer" accident as well, which is nice!
  20. Yes, I love this in videos, a woman almost making it to the toilet but wetting herself as she gets there, and sometimes sitting on the toilet to finish through her underwear and tights... I have a go-to video that is a "white panties almost made its" compilation from Japan or somewhere. The toilet is in sight, but the knickers get a soaking!
  21. Yeah, “pants” is the everyday word for both women’s and men’s underwear, but the American usage of the word for what we generally cause “trousers” has also caught on in some contexts, e.g. “yoga pants”, which could become confusing. “Knickers” is specific to women’s underwear and tends to be used in a more playful and sometimes sexual context. The phrase ”wetting your pants” refers to going to the toilet through your underwear, so can be correctly used for any such accident, whatever is being worn over said underwear!
  22. Well, I guess your own words are the ones you’ve grown up with and the ones that trigger the greatest reactions in you, sexual or otherwise. Similarly “nappy” vs. “diaper” as often discussed on ABDL sites! The American words are less sexy to me, though I don’t dislike them as such. I just prefer women to wee their knickers and be put in nappies as a result 😉
  23. Not sure we have this accepting, tolerant society you imagine over here... have you heard of Brexit? We’re just as divided as America, and unlike you we’re still stuck with this right-wing government for another few years. I know, our centre-right is perhaps your far left 😉 but we could do with someone honest and reasonable like Biden... The racism and bigotry perhaps isn’t as visible and violent as it is in the US, but it certainly exists here.
