    I do notice sometimes when I finally pee at the end of an intense hold, I'll think I've finished, but then a couple of seconds later I can start again and keep going quite a bit more, sometimes more than once...not minutes later like other people have been describing though, so I'm not sure if it's the same thing.

    Definitely option 2 as long as I also gained the ability to be able to pee with somebody standing next to me in the first place instead of being too shy. XD Otherwise I'd have to go with option 1, even though it wouldn't really make much difference (since I can't use public toilets a lot of the time as it is). 1. You can pee right in front of people and/or wet yourself in public and nobody will notice or even suspect anything, no matter how obvious you are about it, as if you're selectively invisible. Even if you moan lewdly whilst peeing, whip it out or squat right in front of them, etc., nobody will have a clue. 2. If you need to pee whilst in public, everybody's attention will be automatically drawn towards you and they'll know exactly what's going on, so it's like people can read your mind and you can't possibly hide it from anybody, even if you aren't desperate.

    Second wind after desperate pee?

    Definitely. After a long hold, your muscles are all tired out and (at least for me) usually sore for a bit afterwards. So it feels worse than it actually is since I'm just much more sensitive to it than usual, and I usually need to pee again only like an hour or two later (generally only once or twice, though, then I start feeling more normal again). Though I've also noticed I always seem to end up peeing more at those times than I'd expect for the amount of time that passed, and I'm not sure why. My best guess is still being hydrated from the drinks to progress the hold (plus kidneys kicking into full gear again since my bladder isn't too full anymore), but dunno.

    Holding your pee

    Although I understand you're just trying to make sure people be safe, I feel this isn't entirely correct. It's entirely possible to hold for long periods of time without harming yourself, as long as you pay attention to a few things. Most importantly, if you're prone to losing control before it causes you any real pain, you have the least reason to worry about harming yourself by holding. I think the greatest risk (which as far as I'm aware is still a pretty small risk) is UTIs, which I believe can be better avoided by spending a bit of time after holds making sure you're drinking enough (not necessarily a lot, just enough that your pee isn't dark) and going as soon as you need to, to help flush yourself out. Cranberry juice is also supposed to help. If you do get pain whilst holding, obviously you should stop then if you don't enjoy the pain. If you do enjoy it though, it's important to pay attention to what kind of pain it is. Stabbing pain or pain that feels like it's spreading into your back means 'STOP NOW', but things like exhausted muscle feelings and muscle cramping and pain caused by the pressure seem to be basically harmless and just a result of the exertion (since I get those, and they always fade afterwards with no harm done). And the same advice from above to flush yourself out afterwards just to be safe applies here too, since it's always a good idea. Also, although I don't think it's possible to cause it permanently by holding, it's important to remember that your bladder will be exhausted for awhile after an intense hold and be much weaker, and you can exhaust it to pretty ridiculous levels by doing enough holds one right after the other. So you should always try to plan ahead to make sure you give yourself some proper time to rest after you're done with holding, so you can get back to normal more quickly.

    Well, I never feel like I'm about to pee myself, but I suppose the point at which I give in and go pee still counts. Like other people have said, it can vary a lot. I know I've held for 24 hours at least once (possibly other times when I wasn't keeping track of the time), whereas with the BBBB challenge I only lasted 6 hours and 47 minutes (definitely shorter than average for me). Also, for a bit after I've held to my 'limit' I'll often need to pee again in a ridiculously short amount of time, like an hour or two.

    Drinking a lot of water definitely can reduce the smell a lot, I find (though I don't personally mind it)...it's the strong pee when you haven't been drinking much water that smells the strongest. I think some other things (like coffee, I think?) can make it smell weird too...and obviously don't eat asparagus. XD ETA: About your other question, I'm into peeing in itself, not specifically wetting (and can't even accidentally wet myself...don't enjoy doing it intentionally, might enjoy it if I ever somehow managed to do it accidentally, but don't really care if that never happens).

    I basically like exact polar opposite things for this fetish, with regards to myself and others. With regards to myself, desperation all the way. I've never managed to accidentally completely wet myself, and intentionally wetting myself (as I recently managed to do, so I could see how I felt about it) is actually kind of a turn-off for me. I'm all about the feeling of slowly going mad from the need to pee and becoming less and less coherent, the feelings of discomfort/pain during, emotions like embarrassment and franticness and helplessness and so forth. Especially if I'm being teased/tormented/controlled/etc. by somebody, or even better by multiple people at once. I'm just a glutton for punishment. I'm not into women being desperate, though, and in some contexts it's entirely a turn-off (especially if it involves embarrassment/shame, and crying is always 200% a turn-off). I'm into women peeing, but not necessarily wetting, and the situations that interest me most usually have it being intentional (like the convenience wetting and sneaky peeing somebody else mentioned).

    What engrosses you so much you ignore needing to pee?

    Gaming, definitely. I hate interrupting a game to get up if I'm engrossed in what I'm doing, and with some games (like if I'm playing something multiplayer) I can't even always get a break when I need one. But even if it's a single-player game I can pause, I still tend to wait longer than I normally would. Art sometimes makes me put off getting up too, but only for so long, since if it gets bad enough then I can't concentrate on working on the art anymore.

    I've had this problem for pretty much as long as I can remember. Can't use a urinal unless there's nobody else around, and if it's too quiet (and there are other people around) I sometimes can't even use a cubicle either. Public toilets are kind of a 'why even bother?' a lot of the time because of that, unless I'm really desperate enough that even a slim chance of being able to go is worth it. Never wet myself because of it, though. I think my pee-shyness may actually somehow be bad enough that I can't even involuntarily lose control at all in public (since the only times I've leaked have been at home or somewhere else private), but I'm not sure.

    Doing a long hold and avoiding UTI

    One thing I always make sure of when doing holds is to continually be drinking water throughout it, regardless of anything else I drink. Like just always having some water next to me and drinking some of it every now and then, so that I'm consistently hydrated. I tend to hold for quite a long time, and I hold semi-often, but I've never had to worry about UTIs. Only 1 - 1.5L of water per day seems like such a small amount to me...I think I usually drink about double that, honestly. But then maybe I just need more water than most people.

    Tips on wetting yourself?

    This is a common problem that comes up in topics now and then. The issue is that mental block, and the best way to get around that is to slowly ease into it...start with a situation where it's just a bit unusual to pee, like clothed whilst standing in the shower or something (or even in the shower with clothes off and water on, if that's not something you're already used to doing), and try to get comfortable with that first. Then you gradually get more adventurous with it as you get used to each situation, until you can just wet yourself anywhere when you want to. I probably didn't explain that well, and somebody else could probably word that better and/or give more suggestions. But maybe you get the idea?

    Possibly taking it a step further...I don't tend to watch videos much at all, really, since visuals alone usually don't do much for me. I prefer reading as opposed to watching for that sort of thing, since even though I need to imagine it all, I'm given all of the information to do so. Like...the things that turn me on most involve interaction and/or experiencing something happening to me, as opposed to just people doing things that I'm observing. That said, yeah; just sex by itself doesn't interest me at all. Sometimes, when combined with a fetish, it can be better than that fetish alone, but the fetish needs to be there for it to interest me. Not exclusively omo, in my case, since it's not my only fetish, just one of the bigger ones.

    Gaming, usually. Not only a great distraction, but it can also add an extra challenge to a game, trying to play whilst distracted by the need to pee and fumbling a bit with the keys and all that. An interesting thing I've noticed recently from doing that is my reaction time gets much quicker...I just don't necessarily react well. Fun, though! Sometimes I try to do more productive things like working on art, but I lose the ability to concentrate on that much earlier on in a hold, compared to gaming.

    This is definitely a strong preference for me, to the point that thin women really don't do much for me. I greatly prefer extra-curvy ladies with more to snuggle!
