  2. Yup. It's sudden too sometimes due to bladder irritation, like others have said pullups eliminate the risk, personally I always stay close to toilets for 3-4h after the hold. Kidneys take some time to slow down too.
  3. Summer helps with holding, hot temperatures slow down kidneys, less rain, less layers of clothing to take off when desperate, outfits that allow ninja wettings with 0 damage. Winter is the opposite, plus the obvious steam like others have said. I personally picked winter because I like the steam plus the temps/rain making it harder to hold (I like challenges lol). But summer is just as good imho, I prefer holding with light or no clothes, holding while swimming in the sea feels amazing too.
  4. This works 100%. In general if you have a 3+ hour prep you don't need to drink a lot during the actual hold, once your kidneys are going full speed even 500ml per hour is enough. Another thing I've tried over the years is combining rapid with other diuretic factors (like cold showers, or baths in general) or even bladder irritants. Doing rapid with a bladder irritant is even more intense, you get the usual fast kidneys but with Increased hard spasms and bladder tingling. Some of my favorites are caffeine rich drinks and 100% apple/lemon/orange juice, I've been trying 100% apple juice recently and it works wonders, my bladder feels way more sensitive. Don't do it too often though, doing rapid or multiple rapid sessions with irritants can definitely cause issues.

    Hi everyone, this video comes from a hold I did on discord. I had almost 4L of water and started recording random clips of my last 2 hours of desperation, I kept leaking (my bladder was a bit tired) but I didn't want to let go, I kept fighting to keep control no matter how much I leaked. I ended up losing it after 4 hours, physically spent from the effort. The clips are in chronological order.

  13. Welp. At 3 hours and 59 minutes I just couldn't hold anymore. Almost 4 hours and 3.9L of water and tea. I'll upload some clips later, the effort was just too much I'm all sweaty and spent.
