I take it to mean that he thinks porn sites shouldn't be subject to outside rules and is misunderstanding our Do Not Post list. It's not a list of stuff you can't post, it's a list of content creators who monetize their content and don't want people on this site to share links to pirated videos/images of theirs. The sites mentioned earlier tend to host rips like these, and so are generally off limits.
This guy thinks we're going full CCP and not just respecting the wishes of individual creators who have contacted the site's admins.
