I went to see the movie. There's a desperation-induced peeing that's off-screen, and another actual fear wetting during the attack (shown in the screenshot).

What's the idea? Also, who's the creator?

Nice find! I love how she's saying phrases along the lines of "I want to pee" and "I can't hold it anymore" in Mandarin throughout the hold.

Seems like it's an Indian short film about a woman with bedwetting issues and wetting the bed again on her wedding night. I don't understand the language but I assume the husband thought it was himself who did it and she hugs him happily. Just my best guess.
