I decided to try a little trick with drinking water. I just drank a small amount every 15 minutes or so, and at the end I really couldn't hold it. I ended up peeing my diaper (though no leaks)

After last weeks successful life hack with the spray bottle (see separate post), I wanted to try it out with some lighter pants this week.
So basically the same routine: starting to hydrate at home, bike ride to the gym, holding it throughout my workout and joyfully peeing my pants in the sun on the way back.
With utmost confidence I chose some really light blue shorts this time packed my backpack and headed out in the early afternoon. It was a bright sunny day but since temperatures had dropped significantly the last week, I packed a light jacket in case it got too chilly.
On the way to the gym I didn’t really feel an urge to pee yet. Just this pleasant feeling that I could pee if I wanted to. But it didn’t feel worthwhile so this time I chose not to wet already on the way there but to save it for later. However, since it wasn’t as hot as last week and since I deliberately drank more than I needed to between sets, the urge to pee built up really fast in the next hour. About half way through my exercises I really felt it and I had to watch out to not subconsciously touch my crotch all the time because of this wonderful tingly feeling down there. Soooo tempting to let out a little spurt already into my boxers. But I held it to the end and left the gym when I was already at 7/10. When I arrived at todays bench of choice, I was really bursting. I quickly set my camera up on the luggage rack of my bike, sat down on the concrete bench and waited until nobody was around. When the air was clear, I took a deep breath and relaxed. Hmmmm it feels soo incredibly good to drench myself like that. 😊 Especially when there are so many bushes around where I could easily have stepped behind and taken a discrete pee like most other people would have done. But no, I sit here and deliberately piss my pants because I love it. 😈 Within seconds it was all wet and warm around my crotch and my bum and I heard my pee splash down on the ground below me. And I kept on peeing even as a tractor passed by behind me (the bench is facing away from the farm track). After what felt like two minutes or so my stream finally subsided and I opened my eyes to inspect the damage. I was completely soaked around my crotch and my bum and there was a huge puddle on the ground.

After another couple of minutes indulging in my wet pants I took out my spray bottle and started to cover up the pee stain. And again it worked perfectly, the treacherous stain was no longer visible and the entire pants was now looking much darker. But the naughty wet feeling was still very much concentrated around my crotch. 😁

I flung myself back on my bike and started the ride home. But I soon realized with those lighter pants that due to the breeze the areas that had only been sprayed lightly with water dried waaay faster than those areas that had thoroughly been drenched. After 10 minutes, the outline of the pee stain in my crotch was visible again and I could only guess what my behind looked like. Then the next unexpected thing happened. The last quarter of the way leads me through a small industrial area which is usually completely deserted on a weekend. And guess what I found there….
Yes you guessed right, it was the youth fire brigade on a fire drill…. I mean WTF. I’ve never seen them doing anything like this here. Why now? Several service vehicles lined both sides of the street and they had already layed out several thick fire hoses across the street that were already under pressure. No way I could even think of riding my bike over them. 
So the whole place was buzzing with overenthusiastic fire brigade youngsters and their supervisors yelling orders and I had no other choice but to get down from my bike and carry it over the hoses while keeping my bum close to the vehicles so nobody would walk past behind me. As far as I know nobody payed extra attention to me. At least nobody stopped what they were doing to point at my wet pants and I believe that’s a good sign. I got back on my bike and sped away as soon as I had crossed the last hose. Around the next corner I took a quick break and put on my jacket so my back was at least a little covered on the last mile to our house. I checked and the wet patch on my bum was now clearly recognizable as what it was.
On the way to our house I passed several people I knew but I kept eye contact when I greeted them and I kept my legs in motion so no further issues here. However, when I reached our garage and got down from my bike suddenly the neighbors dog ran towards me to joyfully greet me and immediately started to lick my bare legs 😬.
Damn, usually that dog isn’t running around freely. Must have slipped away when the front door was open. And of course only seconds later our neighbor came around the corner angrily shouting the name of said dog. As nonchalantly as I could I took my jacket off, pretending that I was feeling a little hot from the ride and wrapped it around my waist. I had no other choice but to give the dog the requested cuddles and have some smalltalk with our neighbor. I don’t think he noticed anything but again I can’t be sure. 
By the time I had reached the security of our house and headed for the shower, my excitement and horniness had all gone. That was a little too much thrill in a public wetting even for my taste. I was just glad that I didn’t completely embarrass myself. But yah, now on the day later I can already laugh about myself and the misjudgment with the spray bottle. Back to physics class for me I guess. 😂

Hi everyone!!
Yesterday I was home from work and I thought what better than to do some holds today. 
At 7am I started my day with lemon water (14oz) and I made myself an iced coffee (16oz) to drink on my way to run errands. Had to do a few things. Arrived at the gym at 8 for my daily workout, and had my pre-workout drink (12oz) while I was working out. After that I went to walmart and bought groceries then went to the post office and dropped off a package. Then I went home. By this point it was 10 and my bladder was pretty full but I didn’t want to pee yet. I decided to take a shower and wash my hair. Between 12pm-3pm I kept having to go to the bathroom like once an hour to let out a small spurt cause I felt like it was getting harder and harder to hold on. At 3pm I finally decided to let myself pee. but I replenished quickly by drinking 30oz of water over the next 2 hours. By 6pm I was already feeling my bladder again. I drank an 8oz cup of cranberry juice with my dinner. 
By 8pm my bladder was starting to pulsate. I made the mistake of sneezing without closing my legs and a little spurt came out!! So I knew I was growing closer to my breaking point. I was feeling naughty so I had another 8oz cup of cranberry juice. Since my bladder was already tired from earlier I was feeling the fullness even more. 
At 9pm I sat on my chair, legs spread, facing the mirror so that I could see my pussy in the mirror. I started playing with myself and I was soooo desperate. Ahoy! For about a year now I've been thinking of how there (in my opinion) isn't that many quality omorashi scenes in media. Many 'scenes' are often only a few seconds long or only showcase wetting, often unearned too.
